INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY ENTRY IN THE ANSWER SHEET
1. This OMR Answer sheet consists of two copies, the original copy i.e., “APSLPRB COPY” and the duplicate copy
i.e., “CANDIDATE COPY”. Do not attempt to separate or displace them while answering.
2.
Use Blue/Black Ball point pen only. Gel pens/Pencils are not allowed. It is not required to darken the second
copy separately.
3.
Do not scribble or put any stray marks anywhere on the Answer sheet.
4.
Do not fold or roll the OMR Answer sheet as it become invalid for evaluation.
5.
This OMR Answer sheet will be evaluated through electronic scanning process. Incomplete and incorrect
entries may render the Answer invalid.
6.
Carefully fill up all the necessary particulars in the Answer sheet. Change of Answer sheet is not permitted.
7.
Copy the paragraph in S.No.5 given in this OMR Answer sheet in the space provided in your own running hand writing.
8.
Write the Q.P. Booklet Number and Booklet code in S.No. 2&3. Darken the circles corresponding to community,
Question Paper Booklet Number and Question Paper Booklet code against the Box numbers 1,2 and 4.
9.
Correct/incorrect way of darkening/shading is shown in the table below for strict compliance:
Keeping a mere dot in any of the circle is treated as invalid answer
10. Candidates are to answer questions from the multiple choice of answers 1, 2, 3 or 4. Select the right answer to each
question and darken the correct circle on the answer sheet. Once darkened changes are not permitted.
11. The Candidates should return the APSLPRB COPY of OMR Answer Sheet to the invigilator and retain the
CANDIDATE COPY of OMR Answer Sheet and Question paper Booklet. Failure to do so will make him/her liable
for criminal action besides rejection of his/her candidature.
12. Candidate shall enroll with Biometric (finger print) data during the examination, failing which his / her candidature
will be rejected.
13. The OMR Answer sheet should not be separated or mutilated. After the examination it should be separated in the
presence of invigilator. The candidate may retain the “candidates copy” with him/her.
14. Failure to adhere to the above instructions will render your OMR Answer sheet as invalid and it will not be evaluated.

An example is given below as to how to mark the Community, Question Paper Booklet Number and Question
Paper Booklet code given to you in your OMR Answer sheet.
