STRUCTURE: Inaugural and Performance Stage: Main stage to be made for suitable participants to perform for Inauguration function and remaining others days Provision of tower A.C for

VVIP's if require on Inauguration day. Providing necessary floral and theme decoration, banners, carpets on floors. Ensure structural soundness of entire structure. If any modification alteration/addition on site is required same shall be made immediately without any extra charges to complete the job as directed by the Visualizer, Art Director and TCGL. The structure of stage should be ready before four days for practice and shall be ready for Grand Rehearsal before two days. Ensure structural soundness of entire structure. The stage should be certified by competent

Structural Engineer. Creation of necessary ambience is a part of scope of work. Seating arrangement on stage should be done as per requirement of TCGL. Reshuffling of sitting arrangement with schedule and crowd of the event/program shall be arranged without any extra cost. Movement plan shall be provided. Seating arrangements, Ambience with Elevated platforms for photography and other related activities shall be constructed using steel support system and should have proper leveling and steps for access. Preparing Steps/Stairs/Ramps with proper dimension for all different levels is part of scope of work. Masonry wall of about 30cm height with Plaster and paint finish shall be constructed around entire area of stage if required. Necessary works are part of scope of works. The scope also includes developments and provision of VVIP seating stages approx size 20' X 20' front of main stage with carpet and steps, provision of stage for aarti for 9 days and necessary ambience or any such similar arrangement is part of scope of works all this stages are not measure seperately. VVIP seating stages and necessary ambience or any such similar arrangement is part of scope of works. All wiring on and around stage should be in FRLS (ISI mark) & in rigid PVC conduit protected with ELCB & voltage stabilizer & dedicated earthing.

Staging on steel supports scaffolding is mandatory.Choreographer , with varying height (7 to 9 mtr.) so as to give optimum visibility to viewers designed by designer in consultation with Art

Director and Choreographer. Cultural program will be for 12,000 people on Inaugural Day. The main stage shall be converted into ancillary stage 1 from next day of Inaugural as per instruction of

Art Director. The agency shall construct a designed backdrop cum screen as per the requirements of Art Director with required framing in steel/wooden section with structurally sound framework at the back for entire event. The wooden stage/deck to carry 500 kg per Sq.Mt. load with Steel H frames, Adjustable props or cup lock scaffolding only with suitable steel supports and stepped floor with 19 mm thick Fire Retardant Plywood sheets, sides shall also be covered with fire retardant plywood including two coats of Fire Retardant paint. The supporting steel scaffolding to be provided with base-plates and diagonal bracings in both directions. Ensure minimum size of 40NB dia pipe B class for any steel supports and 150*150mm the base plate 8/10mm thick for all supports. Ensure proper strengthening & stability of lightning trusses and other element kept for ambience as directed by Art Director & Choreographer. Lightning trusses are to be erected from existing ground with sufficient anchorage. The final dance floor has to be covered with evenly laid smooth ply-board over battens. Aesthetic railing and a ramp for Governor shall be provided.

Provision for seating arrangements on stage will be required for VVIPs for remaining other days of event as directed by TCGL is part of scope of work. Provision of console arrangement with pagoda structure cover over console platform and media platform on instruction of TCGL and Light, 5/15 amp plug points, fans, AC on stage as per the requirement of TCGL is also the part of scope of work. All joints between sheets to be filled by self-adhesive cloth tape. The colour synthetic carpet to be laid on plywood with necessary flower arrangements as approved by Youth and

Cultural Dept, TCGL and Art Director. Suitable seating arrangements & CCTV Cameras having control in TCGL admin. Office/Police lounge to be provided for Inauguration as well as remaining days of festival as per requirements laid down by TCGL/Police department, it is part of scope. Providing Presentation Stage/Dias arrangements as per the requirements of Committee members with executive chairs, sofa, presentation desk, podium, plasma TV and Back drop arrangements. Mode of measurement: Built up area (Out to Out dimension of Main stage) in plan shall be measured of structure. Internal or External Ramps and Steps/stairs shall not be measured seperately. Total sofa, chairs and stage for VVIP seating shall not be paid separately. Backdrop screen on stage shall not be measured separately. Electrical applicance like lights, 5/15Amp pulg points, fans, AC, etc will not be measured seperately and it part of scope of work. The stage shall be maintained for entire event days.

3 Ancillary stage 2 : Ancillary stage 2 of approx. 20 Mt. x 15 Mt. with varying height upto 2.0 Mt. heights shall have to be constructed over firm base having no loose joints and structural stability of the stage is to be ensured during the event. 7b Temporary Chemical Toilets : P & Installing Mobile chemical toilets of size 2.4m X l.2m X l.lm with water tank capacity of 200 litres with wash basins and facility of liquid soaps for Invitees for entire event days. Ensure proper functioning of the toilets during entire event. This chemical toilet need to be placed behind Main stage for VVIP's only. It is of permanent important that the setting should be as realistic as possible along with due safety precautions. It is also equally important that a child has proper and appropriate atire/dress and he/she is given necessary instruction /briefing.

Therefore role of instructing/briefing volunteers become very crucial. The entire security personnel/staff required to maintain and safe guard all necessary installations done by the bidder of their scope of works shall be recruited by bidder them selves at no additional cost.

Event Contractor shall make provision of for barricading all the electrical panels and distribution boards.

All the panels and distribution boards shall be properly earthed (Dedicated Earthing).

All metalic structures of the venue shall be properly earthed.

Any ambiguity found in technical or price bid shall be brought to the notice in writing during pre-bid meeting.

All materials like agronet/ false ceiling fabrics/ cloth, wall fabric shall be of brand new quality and shall be free of any stains etc.

All structure should be constructed seperately as per specified measurement.

All roofing material shall be of single layer ,clean , waterproof, Fire retardant and opaque.
