The previous Commercial Laboratory Suitability letter VQC-15-029645 that was issued to Dynamic Research Testing Lab will be applied to IEC Electronics Analysis and Testing Laboratory based on the results of the DLA Land and Maritime audit conducted 9-10 June 2015, IEC Electronics Analysis and Testing Laboratory is considered suitably equipped to perform the QTSL and MIL-STD-750 tests listed in the enclosure. This testing shall be performed on devices in accordance with the requirements of DLA Land and Maritime’s QTSL program effective immediately. Your present reporting period is from 1 May 2015 through 30 April 2016 and due by 01 June 2016. Test labs shall notify the qualifying activity immediately after learning of a potential issuance of a GIDEP alert, problem advisory or major quality/reliability problem on their products utilizing the test methods on the attached enclosure. Failure to provide prior notification may be grounds for removal from DLA Land and Maritime’s Commercial Lab Suitability Listing. This commercial laboratory suitability is subject to the policies, procedures, and conditions of the Defense Standardization Program, as published in the manual DoD 4120.24-M, SD-6, and VQ booklet, DLA Land and Maritime-VQ Laboratory Suitability Information.
