Under her leadership, Global Supply Chain has deployed a tailored supply chain strategy that has helped increase the company’s overall customer satisfaction scores and its financial performance. Clayton graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in general engineering and also obtained a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Dayton. She has also completed the London Business School executive development program.
