Unlike other customer loyalty programs, our Solutions Partner Program is a program for all partner levels with tiered
benefits. Simple, concise, and easy to understand, this new program replaces all previous Schneider Electric
incentive programs, including: Top Builder, Authorized Panel Builder, Top Integrator, and Authorized System
Integrator programs. We strive to provide our loyal Industry and Alliance Partners with the engineering tools they
need to design their automation projects based on Schneider Electric technology. We are now moving to a NEW
Software Membership Program beneath the Solution Partner Program umbrella that will enable our partners to
receive the consistent and reliable support year after year that they expect.
The prerequisite to purchase the Software Membership is to initially register and be approved to join the Solution
Partner Program under the proper criteria provided in the Solution Partner Program brochure. Contact your local
Schneider Electric sales representative to learn more about the Solution Partner Program and how to join.

Alliance Partner Membership
Alliance Software Full Package
This package contains the main software tools customers need to engineer their industrial
automation projects: Engineering, SCADA, HMI, Networks, Control, Distributed I/O,
Controllers, Application Libraries, and Drives.
Only one option required to meeting your business needs:
USB Hard Drive including all the software with their booklets. Delivered with a USB cable
4 x VJC/VJH USB Hard Keys (dongles) pre-programmed and delivered within the HDD
12 month SCADA Gold Support
12 month Premier level Tech Support
12 month access to the downloadable software from the Virtual Campus
Update services available from the Alliance Extranet.

Online Software Content
Other software tools are available on the Alliance Extranet for Alliance members to download
whenever and wherever they need them. When members receive their Alliance Software Pack,
they will also receive all the details needed to authorize their company’s copy of any software
tool in this pack, including those on the DVD or downloaded from the Alliance Extranet.
12-month Subscription
Tools in the pack come with a 12-month Software Update Subscription. Any new releases,
patches, or hot fixes will be published on the Alliance Extranet*. Members can find out about
the newest software releases in our monthly newsletters.
*Please note that Vijeo Designer and Sycon software updates will not be posted on Alliance
Extranet but can be found on Eclipse. You must register ALL software within your new software
kit in order to get access to all the areas of Eclipse.
The purchase of the Alliance Partner Software Pack comes with one year of Premier Level
Service Support. Customers have access to Priority Technical Support 24 X 364 with a half
hour response time. Unlimited calls, software updates (dependent on software platform).
Access to Eclipse support website providing resolutions, downloads, software updates, FAQs,
etc. Access to Vijeo Citect support is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM based on customer’s time zone.

The Industry Partner Software Pack:
The Industry Partner Software Pack also includes the full compliment group of programming
software products as the Alliance Partner Pack with several levels of license choices and
contains the following:

Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. based on the customer’s time zone) with response time within one
hour. Plus, they can easily access product information, resolutions, downloads, software updates,
FAQs, etc. through Eclipse, Schneider Electric Service’s customizable website. Access to Vijeo
Citect support is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM based on customer’s time zone.

The Industry Partner Single Seat:
The Industry Partner Software Single Seat includes the following compliment group of
programming software products:

12 month Advanced level Tech Support
12 month access to the downloadable software from the Eclipse website.

When the contract is created, there will be an assigned a serial number
for the Concept & ProWorks32 with a FTP link that will be sent to the
