TENDER NO. T14-17 NEW TECUMSETH RECREATION CENTRE
54 PLUS ADDITION
Tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the Town of New Tecumseth until:
2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 24th, 2014
The work includes the construction of a 4000 square foot building addition to the New Tecumseth
Recreation Centre (NTRC) located at 7300 Industrial Parkway in Alliston, Ontario. The contract
includes all demolition and construction work required to complete the construction of the addition and
the expansion of the parking lot. Completion of construction is required prior to October 31, 2014.
Mandatory site visit will be held on site, at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014.

www.biddingo.com. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified tender deposit in the amount of
10% of the total bid price (excluding taxes) made payable to the Town of New Tecumseth and an
Agreement to Bond providing for a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment
Bond. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
