VGA（DSP built-in）Camera Module NCM03-V
NCM03-V is color camera module with signal process built-in conforming to VGA pixel.
This product is vertical 480 pixel ・ horizontal 640 pixel ・ 1/4-inch optical format applied.
And it also works out low power consumption ・ primary color on-chip ・ good color
reproducibility by adopting color filter , and downsizing by signal process built-in.
This product is the most suitable to the image input device such as PC camera, network
camera.

6．Precaution and Guidelines
Our camera module is designed for built-in device. When using it , please make safety design with bringing below
precaution to attention.
1) Operating temperature
Please do not make the device inside temperature exceed the operating temperature.
2) Light resistance of camera module
In case of using at the environment under the sunlight for a long time , there will be an influence to the
optical function by degradation of Lens , Sensor. Please confirm at usage environment on ahead.
3) Treatment
Items in this document will change without notice.
Please request the specification etc before purchasing, using. And use based on these documents.
In case of there is any doubt for safety against our product, please soon inform to us and deliberate
for technique.
4） Installing camera modules
Our camera module does not have the structure for neither dustproof nor waterproof. When installing to
the device , please take notice to intrusion prevention of light interception and dust.
5) Countermeasure of electrostatic
Please prevent static destruction, which is same handling as semiconductor.
Please make no electrostatic by grinding the conductive mat on the floor of working table, working area.
Worker should use antistatic suit and grounding wire band etc.
Please use antistatic jig, box, bag etc.
Please remove electricity ionizer etc.
6) Mechanical strength
Our camera module is precision optics. Please fully take notice for treatment without too much mechanical
shock. Especially at pressure bonding part of FPC, please do not apply any stress when or after installing.
And , please make an arrangement without any dust and dirt adhere to the surface of lens.
7) Disassembly, remodeling
Please do not fabricate such as disassembly, remodeling etc.
We make no guarantees about when customer doing these treatment.
8) Safety standards
Our product is semi-finished product, and we make no guarantees about safety standard.
Please take out the safety standard at finished product.
9) Safety design
We attempt to go up the quality and reliability, but generally semiconductor product has false operation and
failure. When using our camera module please do safety design with responsibility of purchaser, and avoid
any infringement of life･human body･property due to false operation and failure.
10) Usage for specialized application
Our product is aimed to use for general electronic device（ex. computer, personal device, office machine,
measurement hardware, industrial robot, home electric appliances etc.) We do not aim and guarantee
to use our product for the device which claim particularly high quality･reliability and make failure or
false operation directly terrify human life, and pose a hazard to human body（ex. atomic control device,
aerospace instrument, transport device, traffic signal device, burn control, medical device, a wide variety of
safety device)(from below, specialized application). In case of using our product under such
specialized application , please use for customer’s responsibility.
11）Radiation-proof design
Our product does not have radiation-proof design.
12）Law and regulations
It is not allowed to use our product for the application product which is prohibited to produce・sell
by domestic law･regulation and order.
