International Payment and Shipping Policy
International transactions are processed with specific protocol designed to protect the customers, investors, manufactures and
an others
involved with FESCO Direct LLC. Specifically, FESCO Direct pays special attention to ensure that all of our international
transactions comply with the guidelines established by the US Department of State, US Department of Commerce and payment in full
is legal, available and payable.
All international customers are required to comply with one of the payment options listed below including and not limited to:
governments, resellers, brokers, companies, individuals, and all others.
International Payment Options:
1) Wire Transfer
• Funds must be transferred via wire transfer from your bank or financial institution to FESCO Direct LLC Incoming Wire
Account established with US Bank Corp. (account details provided upon acceptance of the proposal by all parties.)
• Payment
ent schedule and amount will be defined in the terms section of the proposal.
• Costs and fees associated with the wire transfer are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Service, Shipping, Construction, etc. will not occur until the wire transfer has be
been
en received and verified by FESCO Direct
LLC and US Bank Corp.
• Receipt of payment will be issued to the buyer and other necessary parties upon verified receipt of the wire transfer.
2) Confirmed Letter of Credit
• You may submit a letter of credit from yyour
our local bank or financial institution for consideration by FESCO Direct LLC.
(cost and fees of bank are the responsibility of the buyer).
• Letters of credit are submitted to the International Banking department of US Bank Corp. for confirmation and verification.

• FESCO Direct LLC and/or US Bank Corp. reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any letter of credit for any reason,
demanding an alternate form of payment.
Note: Your order will not be processed until your letter of credit has been formally aapproved,
pproved, a process that may take several days.
Wire transfer and/or letter of credit must be received by FESCO Direct LLC within 24 hours of finalizing accepted proposal. All

and pricing are given in US Dollars.
Under no circumstances will FESCO Direct LLC consider cash, international check, 3rd party check, company credit, or other methods
of payment.
International shipping is FOB Ocean Carrier, United States. FESCO Direct LLC will work with the buyer to accommodate
accomm
shipping
preferences, and will only coordinate international inland shipping if specifically addressed in the proposal.
