Psychometric Profile Used: DiSC® Personal Development Profile
A highly reliable and validated profile designed to help people better
understand their own behavioral patterns and that of others in the
work/social environment based on the DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior
model which groups behavioral responses into 4 clusters: Dominance,
Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Being aware of individual
behavioral styles, capitalizing on its strengths and appreciating different
work styles can then help foster teamwork and acceptance, minimize
conflicts, increase interpersonal effectiveness and improve both
individual and organizational success.
This is a 1-page profile which is unique to Asia because it has been
validated against an Asian audience, especially Singapore and it features accompanying phrases that
explain each adjective.
