Environmental
Assessment
Authority (EAO)
process for the proposed Ryan River hydro project. I trust that the EAO will fairly and
scientifically judge the project on its merits and either issue or deny its proponent a
permit to proceed based on a reasonable assessment of the facts and arguments. My
further comments, if any, are below.
