ELOGIC™ LIGHTING CONTROLS FOR
DAYLIGHT HARVESTING & OCCUPANCY
offer sensitivity to minor motions (e.g.
hand movements) and are ideal for retrofit
applications.
Dual Technology: Dual Technology, which
incorporates Microphonics™ detection with
Passive Infrared (PIR), is available for
rooms with obstructions.
No Power Packs Required: Power Packs
are not required as these Motion Sensors
are powered by, and directly switch, line
voltage. This feature makes them perfect
for applications where locating a Power
Pack and running new wiring is difficult or
where a wall switch replacement is not
feasible.
Full On/Off Control and Inhibit Operation:
All models offer full On/Off control of
lighting during periods of occupancy with
adequate daylight. They also have Inhibit
Operation that prevents the lights from
turning on if adequate daylight is available.
Controls 0-10 VDC dimmable ballasts:
Automatic Dimming Control Photocell
allows the sensor to control 0-10 VDC
dimmable ballasts. Automatic Dimming
Control Photocell also provides two
user-selectable time-out periods that
enable the lights to go to a dim setting
before off.
Three ways to maximize energy savings:
1. Light the space only when someone
is using it.
2. Add just the right amount of artifical
light to properly illuminate the space.
3. Eliminate wasted “phantom” ballast
power by using occupancy switch relay
to completely switch off the ballasts
during periods of bright sunlight.
System Information
• These Motion Sensors have a viewing
angle of 56° in a 360° conical shaped
pattern
• Provides 24ft coverage (diameter) when
mounted to a standard 9ft ceiling
Flexible Wiring: Daylight sensor wires
directly to the POWERSENSE® or
HELIOS™ ballast using low-voltage
wiring. Share the low-voltage dimming
signal with up to ten ballasts in the
same row near the windows. The
occupancy switch’s AC relay can
control all the fixtures in the room.*
• Microphonics™ detects human activity
up to 20 ft, but will detect farther in
spaces with hard floors or areas with
low background noise.
• 5 year warranty
