DESCRIPTION
Single-glazed, bonded removable partition
system. The Haas partition is designed
to adapt to and provide technical and
aesthetic solutions for your office space.
COMPOSITION
GLASS PARTITIONS
Partitions of toughened or laminated glass
10 and 16 mm thick.
A wide selection of laminated glass is
available on request. Some examples:
single-layer PVB glass (66.1), acoustical
glass with several layers of PVB (88.2A)
and laminated glass with decorative insert
sheets. All glass is ground.

DENSITIES
The installation begins with partition
layout. Next, the rails are fastened to the
floor and ceiling using screws and plugs.
The glass partitions are set in the rails.

Standard acoustics based on the NBN
S01-400-class IVa to IIIb (36-41 dB)
HORIZONTAL STRUCTURE
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
30 mm height and 2 mm thickness
extruded aluminium U-profiles hold the
glass partitions at top and bottom. The
rails are coated with epoxy paint.
The HAAS partition is certified CRADLETO-CRADLE TM, basic.
The company complies with the ISO
14001 standard. Management works
continuously to improve the company’s
environmental impact.
The wood parts are sourced exclusively
from PEFC-compliant European forests.
VERTICAL STRUCTURE
The glass partitions are bonded end to
end using a transparent, acrylic based
adhesive joint which also provides soundproofing.
INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION RESTRICTIONS
Transport: all components are delivered
to the work site by Tecnibo and are ready
for installation. Tecnibo handles the entire
partition installation process working from
the approved implementation plan.
MAINTENANCE
Clean with soft cloths and mild detergents.
All of the components can be easily
disassembled by Tecnibo after-sales
service. It takes care of disassembly,
modifications and reassembly.
The horizontal structure U profile is also
used vertically for connecting to walls.
JOINTS
The upper rail contains a compressible
polyurethane joint soaked in an acrylate
polymer resin to provide an acoustic seal.
The acoustic seal in the lower rail is
created by wool felt glued to a wood
board.
DOORS
The door frames are made from extruded
epoxy-coated aluminium profiles.
The
door sections are glass or wood. The
hardware is supplied. The doors come full
height or with a solid or glazed transom.

COLOURS AND APPEARANCES
Aluminium profile, door frames: epoxy
paint in RAL colours based on the
preferred finish (smooth, satin or textured)
Glass partitions: there are many different
finishes and colours available: opaque
coloured glass, printed glass, transparent
coloured laminated glass, enamelled
decorative glass, screen-printed glass,
matte glass and others.
