GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

Classes start and end promptly at the scheduled times. All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to the instructor and
other members, please allow ample time to set up for your workout. All Indoor Cycling classes are 50 Minutes (unless otherwise noted).
360 BOOTCAMP- A Cardio and Strength training class for those who want to push themselves to the limit. This exhaustive workout includes drills, jump
rope, boxing, power moves, weight training & more. Are you ready for the Challenge? Class held on Turf or Studio. Check the schedule for updates. All Levels
BODY BURN- This serious weight loss and strengthening solution combines the amazing benefits of cardiovascular/ strength training, free weights and
calisthenics. This course is for beginner, intermediate and advance individuals who want an exciting, high-energy, non-traditional workout. It offers a fresh
perspective on group fitness while incorporating musicality, movement and pure fun! All levels
BUNZ & GUNZ- Prepare for the ultimate biceps, triceps and bunz workout you have ever experienced. This class caters to the areas we all want to get
firmer. Exercises define your upper body muscles and strengthen thighs and glutes. All levels
CARDIO KICKBOXING –This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength,
aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. All levels
CORE CONDITIONING- The Foundation of Building and Strengthening the Inner Core. Targeted muscle training and integrated dynamic core exercises
will be executed to maximize strength, power and muscular development. All levels
FOREVER YOUNG – Keep active and young at heart with this group fitness class. Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. This class combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of fun. All
levels
FRIDAY FRIEND-Z- Get ready to jump start your weekend off right. This class offers segments of different types of cardio, strength and core based
formats that change weekly. Fusing together intensities and different types of exercises create intervals and variations that shock your body. Challenge your
aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit! All levels
HALF HOUR POWER- Give your metabolism a kick start with this cardiovascular and muscular challenge. Keeping your heart rate elevated with bouts of
cardio intervals while sculpting the entire body with balls, bands, weights and more. All levels
HURRICANE- This high paced interval class will challenge all fitness levels through short sprints combined with anaerobic exercises. Start your Mondays off
with this high power, high intensity class! All levels friendly!
INDOOR CYCLING- This traditional indoor cycling class offers a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance.
Designed for all levels, this class offers a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories and leave you with a feeling of
accomplishment and perhaps a desire to be out on the road. All levels
KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING- Kettlebells have been used for years in Russia as one of their main ways to condition their Athletes and Soldiers.
Kettlebell Conditioning builds real, functional strength while increasing flexibility and improving balance and endurance. You will see how Kettlebell training
will develop explosive power in your entire body. All levels
MONDAY MAYHEM- This class builds strength, endurance and coordination. This hour long class incorporates Total body conditioning (jumping rope,
running, pushups, tire flips and more). All levels
PAIN N GAIN- This class will push you to your limits, shred fat, as well as build and tone your muscles. You will use free weights, kettlebells, body weight
movements and more. This class can be modified to accommodate all levels of fitness.
PEAK PHYSIQUE- This High Energy class provides a balanced and complete fitness routine. Improve muscle speed, power, strength and endurance while
you lose inches and increase body definition. All levels
P.R.I.M.E. - Progressive Resistance and Intense Metabolic Exercise. This 30 minute class will test you both mentally and physically as you increase weight
loads through progressive resistance as well as intense metabolic exercise specifically designed to slowly increase your heart rate to a high level. All Levels
X-FIT- A Total-Body Metabolic workout that utilizes various forms of unconventional equipment (TRX suspension training, kettlebells, battle ropes,
sledgehammers, tires etc.) in a circuit-based format to give you a workout that breaks you out of your “usual routine”. This class can be modified to
accommodate all levels of fitness.
