Valve regulated sealed lead-acid – proven
in service V.R.L.A.(AGM type) technology
providing a gas recombination efficiency of
99%, ensuring minimal gassing in normal
operation and requiring NO addition of
water throughout operating life.
AGM separators – completely absorb the
electrolyte into their structure.

Positive plate – extra thick lead-calcium-tin
grids to resist corrosion and prolong life.
Negative plate – balanced lead-calcium grids
to optimize recombination efficiency.
AGM separator – mechanically strong, low
resistance microporous glass fibre.

heat sealed lid housed in steel modules.
Connectors – bolted flexible copper connectors
fully insulated with flame retardant PVC
materials.
Main battery terminal plates – pre-drilled solid
copper.
Front panel – and main battery terminal plate
isolating shields made from V0 rated ABS.
Electrolyte – dilute sulphuric acid.
Cell terminal – lead casting with threaded
copper insert to provide maximum conductivity.
Terminal seal – ring burn with secondary
epoxy resin seal, 100% water bath tested in
factory and proven in service.
Regulating valve - operates @ 15-20 Kpa and
is complete with integral flame arrestor.
