With over 20 years of proven success in overseeing a wide
variety of construction projects for private and public
organizations, non-profits, and institutions, Rob has a
unique full circle viewport and broad understanding of the
design/construction industry as a result of extensive
experience from all three perspectives – owner,
contractor, and designer.
REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS
Broadway Crossing | The Rafn Co. | Seattle, WA
Overall construction project manager for the construction
of this 44 unit, $8 million, 74,000 square foot mixed use
affordable housing project for Capital Hill Housing, with
retail space on the ground floor.
Stewart Court Apartments | The Rafn Co. | Seattle, WA
Overall construction project manager for the construction
of this 65 unit affordable housing project for Bellwether
Housing.
505 First Avenue | Starbucks Coffee Co. |Seattle, WA
Provided owner representation and project management
for ground-up $96 million, 450,000 square feet, LEED Silver
commercial office building with 6 floors of commercial
office space, 1 floor of lobby/retail/loading, and 4 floors of
parking.
Commercial Tenant Improvement Projects
Responsible for managing the design and construction of
more than 100 various commercial office space tenant
improvement projects, including new build outs,
renovations, and occupied remodels, ranging from 1,000
to 25,000 square feet as part of an overall corporate real
estate portfolio.
