In addition to court construction, the scope of work shall include construction of new concrete sidewalks to connect courts to existing concrete areas, connecting existing water and electric utility lines to new court site, and the planting of trees, shrubs, and additional landscape accessories as detailed. With the growing popularity of pickleball among seniors in the community, the Parks Department will be building courts at Cyntheanne Park, near Britton Falls, which is a 55 and older community. N/A The Pickleball Court project at Cyntheanne Park has been budged through Park Impact Fees for 2015, under (403) Park Impact Fee Budget, with appropriation # 403-101-452. Approve the agreement with Myers Construction Management, Inc. Deny the agreement with Myers Construction Management, Inc. Provide direction for modifications Construction to begin mid to late March, and conclude by the middle of June, weather permitting. Work is anticipated to take approximately 10-12 weeks. Staff recommends approval of the services agreement with Myers Construction Management, Inc., who was the lowest and most resposnsive contractor to submit a quote for the project. 1.
