Warranty:
Manufacturers guarantee all Delta Security products to be free of defects in workmanship
Material after sale to customer.
We will replace or repair, at our option, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or
alteration.
Payment:
Visa/Master Card, money orders will be accepted or PayPal. Due to the large amount of credit card fraud,
your signature and billing address are required and will be checked thoroughly with the issuing bank.
Please include telephone number of the card holder along with drivers licence number.
If you would like your order to go elsewhere, please contact your credit card company and list
an alternate shipping address with them. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 #
on the back of your card. Certified Cheques are welcome and will not delay your order.
Your name must be bank imprinted on the cheque, with correct address and phone number.
Please make cheque payable to Delta Security.
Return Policy:
All products are special ordered by person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations.
Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once and no longer needed.
For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized
by Delta Security and under no circumstances will returns be accepted without an
RMA number. An authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained from
Delta Security. Returned product via UPS or mail must be prepaid and insured, for your
protection. (Please note we do not refund shipping fees). No discontinued item may be
returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
It is the responsibility of the buyer (not Delta Security) to ascertain and obey all applicable
local, provincial, and federal laws before ordering.
By placing an order the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products
will be used in a lawful manner.
