Description
1.0 ELECTRICAL WIRING:
1 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following point
wiring as per the specifications and drawings. The unit rate for the
switch board and further to point outlet including all hardware,
connector strips, fan hook, outlet boxes, switch boards, switch
plates, switches, wire conduits etc. A point shall include in addition
to phase and neutral wire, a PVC insulated earth-continuing wire
from L.P. to the final termination at outlet points. All the wiring
should be done in concealed/semi concealed open manner or slab/
wall/false ceiling. The wiring should be done with rigid PVC
conduits/Casing-capping having minimum of 1.6 mm wall thickness
and minimum 19mm dia with 440V grade PVC insulated. ISI
approved copper conductor wire, with crabtree/ROMA make
switches and accessories with company boxes for point outlet
and SB and with all required hardware accessories to complete
the wiring. No junction boxes are allowed anywhere in the wiring.
All joints shall be done at point outlet on switchboards only.
In between joints are not allowed anywhere. The wiring shall be
done as per IS 732 and IS 4648.
THE COST OF ALL POINTS ARE INCLUDING OF WIRING MAINS
(A) Making Zari in the wall & sami finishing the surface.
(B) Ball and socket joint wherever required.
(C) Earthing of Fittings.
(D) Electrical connections from the outlet points to the fixture
with 3 core flexible wire.
(E) The size of the wire will be as follows normal point wiring
from SB to point outlet boxes.
Phase-neutral: 1.5 sq. mm.
Earth: 1.0 sq. mm.
SB mains from I.p. to SB from I.p to 5 Amp.
Plug point for freeze/geyser etc.
Phase-neutral: 2.5 sq. mm.
Earth: 1.5 sq. mm.
Wiring for 15 Amp. Plug point for freeze/geyser etc.
Phase-neutral: 4.0 sq. mm.
Earth: 2.5 sq. mm.
Wiring for 20 Amp. Plug point for A.C.
Phase-neutral: 4.0 sq. mm.
Earth: 2.5 sq. mm.
Two parallel 15 Amp. Plug points for first point
Phase-neutral: 4.0 sq. mm.
Earth: 2.5 sq. mm.
For second point looping
Phase-neutral: 4.0 sq. mm.
Earth: 2.5 sq. mm.
1.1 One light point controlled by one 5 Amp. Switch
1.2 Two light point controlled by one 5 Amp. Switch
1.3 One 5 Amp. 5 pin socket outlet controlled by one 5 Amp. Switch
looped on switch board.
1.4 Two 5 Amp. 5 pin socket & One 15 Amp. 5 pin socket controlled by one 15 Amp.
Switch at other convenient location for computer.

with necessory require wiring from DB of 2 no of 4.0 sqmm wires and 1 no of
2.5 sqmm PVC Insulated copper conductor wire laying in with 20 mm/25 mm dia
PVC rigid conduits 1.5 mm thick ISI mark. These will be used with point wiring of
A.C. points, etc
1.11 One 25 Amp. Cyclic Timer for ATM AC Units, complete with required
connectors and lugs etc (In Server Room)
1.12 20 Amp power point for Glowsign board with L & T time switch &
with 20 Amp. SP MCB
2.0 CABLES & CABLE TERMINATIONS:
2.1 Supplying & Laying PVC armoured cable of 1100 V grade of
copper/conductor (as specified) of following sizes in ready made
trench mounted on wall with necessary clamping arrangement
or in prelaid RCC hume pipe with necessary cable identification
lugs at both ends, digging of trench and its filing with second call
bricks, send. The cable shall ISI mark and conforming to latest
ISS. All the cable shall be terminated with suitable sizes of Lugs. & Gland

6.1 SITC telephone point with Telephine socket outlets of RJ 11 with concealed

including PVC pipe 25mm dia. 1.5mm thick, recessed in counter necessary,
ceiling, wall or shorting in concealled way in during cutting and plastering as
required. including connection with RJ-45 on both end. with Cable (Including 1
for LCD, 2 for IP Phone,2 for ATM)
7.2 Supply & testing at patch cord. (Factory Built)

7.6 S & I of 300 x 300 x 40 mm size GI box including the top cover duly fabricated
from 18 SWG m. s. Sheet complete with necessary knock outs at all the sides of
box for conduit entries duly fixed in floor, incl. breaking in floor & re-finished
the same etc. complete (Wire Draw Box)
7.7 S & I of 150 x 150 x 25 mm size GI box including the top cover duly fabricated
from 18 SWG m. s. Sheet complete with necessary knock outs at all the sides of
box for conduit entries duly fixed in floor, incl. breaking in floor & re-finished

7.8 SITC of 1.5 sq. mm. 3 core flexible cable of approved make (4mtr. Length) with
