This ticket allows you unlimited travel for 1 day till end of

Valid from your first check-in till the end of day service.
Hold the OV-chipkaart in front of the pink OV-chipkaart logo on the smart card reader, when
entering and leaving the vehicle. These smart card readers are located in various parts of the
buses and trams near the doors.
Always check out when leaving the vehicle. Even when you transfer from one vehicle to another
you need to check out. You need to check in again when you use the next bus or tram.
Where to buy:
Order your HTM day tickets via b2b@htm.net (minimum order €750,-). For smaller amounts visit
HTM Customer service (The Hague Central Station, Wagenstraat 35, Station Hollands Spoor,
Zoetermeer Centrum-West stop). These tickets are also on forward sale at the Tourist Information
Office in The Hague city centre.
Business Return ticket: HTM Businessretour €3,25
Disposable OV-chip card
This card is an extra option when your company has a large consumer contract with HTM (minimum 25
season tickets).

HTM Businessretour is a special ticket for your visitors and
employees.
2. Valid for travel with all HTM lines and RandstadRail 3 and
4.
3. HTM Businessretour is valid for 1 person.
4. Not valid for travel with HTM nightlines or other public
transport companies.
5. The ticket is valid as a return ticket, for one hour from first check-in till one hour after
check-in on your way back.
6. Changing vehicles is possible within 1 hour after first check-in at the start of your journey, and
within 1 hour after first check-in on your way back6. You need to check in and out on both
travels of your journey by holding the OV-chipkaart in front of the pink OV-chipkaart logo on the
smart card reader, when entering and leaving the vehicle. These smart card readers are located in
various parts of the buses and trams near the doors. Always check out when you leave the
vehicle.

Paper tickets

Single tickets are paper tickets and valid for 1 person on
all HTM lines and RandstadRail 3 and 4.
2. Valid for 30 or 60 minutes travel after ticket validation by
the driver.
3. Changing vehicles is possible within 30, or 60 minutes
after ticket validation.
4. Not valid for travel with HTM nightlines or other public
transport companies.
Where to buy:
HTM: Single tickets are only available at the HTM bus- and tram driver. You can pay for the
ticket in cash.
RandstadRail: When travelling by RandstadRail use the ticket vending machine in the vehicle. The
machine will calculate the price of the ticket for you. Depending on the length of your journey, this
ticket will be valid for 30 or 60 minutes. The ticket allows you to hop-on and hop-off on all HTM
buses and trams. At RandstadRail you can pay for the ticket in cash or using the Chipknip on your
bank card.
