Payroll will be processed on a bi-monthly basis (15th and end of every month) upon
placement at our client location. Direct deposit option is available.
% Basis or fixed salary options available.
Option to enroll into group Health Insurance plan. If enrolled, CTS will cover 50% of the
employees’ insurance premium.
Travel expenses from the 1st project onwards (limit - $500).
Option to enroll in Life Insurance plan.
H1-B and Green Card sponsorships as applicable.
A no-cost training program led by industry recognized personnel (See our Training*
structure for further information on the programs offered).
State of the art corporate guest house facilities which can be availed during
training/placements.
Expenses incurred from enrollment into any Software certifications as applicable (limit $500 annually)

CTS Training Structure :
FREE Traning Programs provided in
• Oracle Applications (11i/R12) training with emphasis on Order to cash track which
includes Financials, Supply chain and Manufacturing modules. Complete training of
Oracle 9i/10g is also provided (6Weeks).
• Java and Web Technologies ( 4 to 5 weeks)
• Business Objects / Sap BO+ Crystal Reports (4 weeks)
• Datawarehousing [Cognos + Informatica + Datastage] (4 weeks)
• Dot Net (4 weeks)
• Business Analyst (4 weeks)
• OBIEE+Informatica+DAC/BI APPS FUSION( 4 to 5 weeks)
• Biztalk Server (4 weeks)
Years Of Experience Required –
• None (Freshers are welcome!)
Min Requirements –
• Bachelors degree from an accredited University
• Capable of learning new technologies in a fast paced culture.
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation skills, written and verbal
• Candidates should be open for relocation
Note –
• We are E-Verified and will be able to support OPT extensions to eligible
employees.
Candidates from other fields/ majors may also apply if they have some programming skills.
Students on F1 with OPT/ CPT and H1-B are welcome to apply as
WE SPONSOR WORK VISAS AND GREEN CARDS.
