SPECIFICALLY, The subject propert shall be removed ftom the Rent Escrow Account Program and the Controller is authorized to expend funds from the Code Enforcement Trust Fund #4IM to reduce liability from the REAP Escrow Account #2220 upon proper demand by the General Manager of the Los Angeles Housing Departent. RENT ESCROW ACCOUNT PROGRAM (REAP) NOTICE Failure to correct the conditions that constitute the violations specified by this notice may subject this property and units to inclusion in the City of Los Angeles Rent Escrow Account Program (REAP).
