a. All warranties shall start at the date of substantial completion for the last phase

Additional information related to Addendum #2, Item #20.
The extent of existing lead based paint in the project is not known. Testing for lead
has not been done, and it is not anticipated that lead testing will occur. Contractor
shall conduct their own testing if needed to be compliant, and shall conduct their
operations to be compliant, with State and Federal requirements.
