Registration and payment of tuition fees must be paid at Edmond Memorial Freshman Academy office on the
following days.

8:00am - 12:00 Noon (1st or 2nd session)

Cost: Cash Only
$185.00 per course for enrolled Memorial, North and Santa Fe Students
$215.00 per course for out-of –district students
Tuition fees must be paid in full upon registration NO EXCEPTIONS – Cash Only – No Checks

Each session is worth one-half unit (one semester) of credit. A current unofficial copy of your transcript or
a letter from your counselor indicating what course(s) you need to take must accompany your enrollment
forms. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ATTENDANCE: Attendance is mandatory. There will be no provisions made for vacations, camps,
or “special situations.” There are no “excused” or “unexcused” absences. Any student with more
than 12 hours/classes of absences per session will be dropped. Tuition will not be refunded. Each day
equals 5 hours/classes of absences.

*EOI testing at the end of course if student has not received proficient or above score.
