Sales Approach
Sales Sample
To support your efforts promoting the unique micro luminaires, your agency has been provided with
a sales sample that can display both the PureFX™ and Vectra micro products. The sample has been
designed to work with your Ledalite display stand to help you give customers a better appreciation of
how the luminaires work in a space.
Sales Kit Contents
• 1x1 micro housing, 1TT5 (18W)
• PureFX micro lens frame
• Vectra micro lens frame
• micro hanger kit*
• 2x 27” hanger bars
• 4x T-bar anchor clips
• 2x redirection bars
*NOTE: The micro hanger kit
allows installation in most
common T-bar ceiling types
and non-accessible ceilings.
Setting up your sales sample
To switch lens frames
1. Pull down on trim.
2. Squeeze the compression
springs to disengage the lens
frame.
3. Switch frames.
4. Squeeze compression
springs and insert ends into
the slots located on the
housing.
5. Push lens frame up until it is
firmly against housing.
Insert the white hangers in the
mounting brackets (attached
to fixture).

Assemble the display stand. Secure the stand at a height you can
safely mount the sample. Hang the sample on the stand. Raise
stand as required for display.

• Design aesthetics / applications – The unique micro styling and exceptional visual
performance achieved through MesoOptics technology are ideal for applications in corridors,
meeting rooms and private offices, or as accent lighting in boardrooms, lobbies and other feature
areas. Discuss how the micro luminaires can be used to bring aesthetic continuity to installations
with other PureFX (2x2, 2x4, 1x4, 6”x4) and Vectra (2x2, 2x4, 1x4) products, or that they can be
offered as their own lighting design feature.
• MesoOptics advantage – Architects, engineers and lighting designers across North America
and Europe have discovered the groundbreaking benefits of lighting with MesoOptics technology.
PureFX and Vectra micro are the latest additions to Ledalite’s family of recessed of luminaires with
MesoOptics technology, providing a small-scale recessed fixture with many of the same advantages.
• Performance – Explain how Ledalite’s recessed products with MesoOptics technology offer
unique luminous aesthetics and performance characteristics with exceptional lighting control and
efficiency. MesoOptics technology provides controlled beam distribution from compact fluorescent
sources, distributing uniform brightness across the optical lens frame without high-angle glare.
PureFX and Vectra micro deliver luminaire efficiencies above traditional CF-lensed downlights, and
their spacing maintains typical S/MH ratios to help designers achieve lighting energy requirements.
• Contractor-friendly – PureFX and
Vectra Micro are easily integrated in virtually
any type of construction – commercial,
institutional or even some residential
applications. Demonstrate the optional
micro hanger kit. Insert hanger bars in
factory-installed mounting brackets (attached
to fixture) and explain how they can be
simply installed in T-bar, wood or metal
joist framing. The brackets provide vertical

The kit also contains redirection bars to enable mounting 90° from the fixture’s default orientation.
Mention that the mounting brackets can also accept EMT conduit or metal channel as alternative
mounting methods. All Micro products come fully assembled and pre-wired for all lamping, wiring
and emergency configurations. The spring-loaded lens frame provides access to lamp(s) and ballast
from below the ceiling for easy installation and maintenance.

MesoOptics® Technology

Ledalite MesoOptics® technology offers a revolutionary
way to purify and control light - allowing for the creation
of vision-friendly lighting solutions that are exceptionally
energy efficient.
MesoOptics is
Protected
The MesoOptics
structure in
Vectra™ is applied
to a substrate
which is then
placed face down
onto a layer of
acrylic, completely
protecting the
MesoOptics
structure.
MesoOptics is produced in a manner similar to the holograms that appear
on most credit cards. Using this process, tiny microstructures no greater than
5 microns in size are applied to a substrate such as acrylic, polycarbonate or
glass. It is these microstructures that create the highly-unique characteristics
of lighting control that MesoOptics provides.
Purify

MesoOptics removes striations and hot spots from
lighting sources, creating smooth gradients of pure,
white light free from color shifts.
No Premature
Yellowing
The acrylic
and substrate
used have
been designed
to withstand
UV emissions
without premature
yellowing or
discoloration.
Control
MesoOptics can constrain or
disperse lighting for optimum
control and uniformity. It
also allows for the creation
of highly-controlled beam
patterns and has the ability
to redirect light into desired

MesoOptics is a highly efficient material that allows up to 95% of
the light that enters to pass through. This enables the creation of
highly energy-efficient lighting products that are environmentally
