To Auction Location: The sale site is located just off the A46 dual carriageway, which links the M40 (junction 15) with the
M69 and M6 (junction 2). Stoneleigh Park is on the B4113
Stoneleigh Road between Coventry and Leamington Spa.
To Preview Location: M6 northbound leave at Junction 6. On slip road take right fork and follow to roundabout below motorway. M6 southbound leave at Junction 6. On slip road take left fork and follow to roundabout below motorway. At roundabout, take 4th exit to Birmingham. At traffic lights turn left. Next set of traffic lights, straight on. At roundabout, straight on and next roundabout, take 3rd exit (A47 Heartland Parkway).
Straight on at the next roundabout and then take 1st exit at the next (B4114 Saltley Viaduct). Follow road over railway bridge and at bottom of hill turn left into Saltley Business Park.
