The above mentioned equipment under test has passed the temperature-rise test with the rated normal
current of 2500A corresponding to the applied test specifications.

Accreditation
The PEHLA-Testing station Frankfurt/Main has been approved by the DATech (German accreditation body for
technology) according to DIN EN 45001 for tests in the field of high-voltage switchgear and controlgear
(Registration-No. DAT-P-013/92-51e).
Under reference to DIN EN 45001 PEHLA states the following:

The accreditation of the PEHLA-Testing station or any of its test reports by themselves in no way constitute or
imply product approval by DATech or any other body.
-
If someone refers to a test in an accredited PEHLA-Testing station this reference shall include the
accreditation body, i.e. DATech, the relevant scope of the accreditation and the appropriate registration
number.
PEHLA-Documents
A Test Certificate
is issued for type tests which have successfully been carried out in full compliance with the relevant specifications
or standards and STL Guides valid at the time of the test.
For these tests the equipment under test must be clearly identified by technical description, drawings and
additional specifications.
A Test Document
is issued for parts of type tests which have successfully been carried out in full compliance with the relevant
specifications or standards and STL Guides valid at the time of test.
For these tests the equipment under test must be clearly identified by technical description, drawings and
additional specifications.
A Test Report
is issued for all other tests which have been carried out according to specifications, standards or "PEHLARichtlinien" (PEHLA Guides) and/or clients instructions.
Similarly, this test report contains all test results, details of the conditions under which the tests were carried out,
also details relating to the behaviour of the equipment during test, and its condition after the tests.

With the transformation ratio 2500A / 5A the current transformers of the panel No. 11 were used for
verification of the test current in panel No. 11 (2500A).
4. The temperature-rise test was performed at the minimum functional gauge pressure of the switchgear
(0,08MPa at 20 °C in the circuit-breaker compartment and 0,03MPa at 20°C in the busbar
compartment).
5. Varnished were the aluminium chambers of the panel No. 11 (see photo No. 1 and No. 2).
6. Black varnished were the following parts or zones of the current path in panel No. 11:
- the cooling sheet at the upper connection of the vacuum tube
- the cooling sheets in the intermediate chamber and
- the outer surfaces of the external copper bars in the intermediate chamber.
