Complete at least 30 semester units of CSU General Education courses with a “C” grade or better. Have a 2.0 G.P.A. in all transferable units attempted. Be in good standing at the last college or university attended. Students with catalog rights of Fall 1992 or later must complete of 3 years of the same language in high school with a grade of “C-” or better or complete a second semester college foreign language or sign language course with a grade of “C-“ or better. Students pursuing a BS in the following majors are exempt from this requirement: Business Administration (all concentrations); Chemistry/Biochemistry ; Computer Science (all concentrations); Engineering: Civil, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic; Construction Management concentations; Health Science: Community Health Education, Health Care Administration and Occupational Health and Safety concentrations; Kinesiology: Athletic Training concentration; Nursing; Physics; Recreation: Recreation and Park Management and Recreation Therapy concentrations.
