The presence of Office Products is not required for working with Efficy, except to benefit
from the Microsoft Office integration (interaction between Efficy and Outlook, Word,
Excel and PowerPoint), Lotus Notes integration or the Entourage or Apple Mail
integration.

Telephony Integration (CTI)
The only requirement for the CTI integration is the presence of a TAPI driver on the client
workstation. Therefore, the CTI integration will work with any type of telephone
exchange and device (including softphone), provided they offer a client TAPI interface.
