Compact bimetallic disc thermostats, fixed factory-calibrated temperature, hermetic body, excellent
vibration endurance, keep the calibration unchanged.
Due to the reduced size, these models have high thermal sensibility. They are easy-mounting, with a wide
variety of mechanical configurations and may be mounted with manual reset, for specific applications.

Protection current: up to 18A
Miniature bimetallic thermostats,fixed factory-calibrated temperature, housed or not, with low termal
inertia. They are temperature sensitive (up to 160OC), or current sensitive (protection current up to 18A).
The not housed version is specially used for protection of systems with air flow, like hair driers, etc.
The housed version is used for protection of single-phase motors, like electrical window, antenna and
windshield wipers motors, and other equipments.

Maximum temperature: +270 OC - rating: 10A - 250 Vac
Adjustable or fixed, snap or creep-action, the turn-on temperature depends on the angular position
of the adjusting shaft. Snap-action contact operating system causes the product to have a longer
electrical life.
Also available with a security device that turns the equipment OFF in case of excessive temperature
increase.
Allows a non-linear temperature adjustment proportionally to the stick rotation angle (TL05).
The conception of some models allows a direct contact between the bimetal and the heat source,
which enables a better temperature control, with a faster response.
These thermostats are used in irons, friers, mini electrical ovens, stoves, electrical presses, grills, water
heaters, tire inner tubes vulcanizers, etc.
