Type 111.10
WIKA standard pressure gauges are designed for long and reliable service under rugged
conditions. Some typical applications include pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
compressors, and as a contractor’s gauge. The gauges can also be used for many other
applications where the measured media does not corrode brass.
WIKA standard pressure gauges feature a black plastic case (steel cases are available as an
option) and a helical Bourdon tube for 6000 kPa and higher. The low friction Swiss movement
ensures a long, reliable service life.

The robust WIKA Type 213.53 pressure gauges have a stainless steel case and liquid filling.
They are intended for adverse service conditions where pulsation or vibration exists. They are
also suitable for gaseous or liquid media that will not obstruct the pressure system or
attack copper alloy parts.

WIKA has extended its wide variety of differential pressure gauges
by developing a new range of DELTA products - DELTA-plus,
DELTA-comb, DELTA-switch and DELTA-trans.
Each instrument features innovative design and an easy-to-read
differential pressure display. The rigid and compact design makes
the gauges ideal for tough industrial operating environments. The
four gauges have identical exteriors and geometrical features and
use the same diaphragm compression spring measuring system.

Oxygen gauges solid-front safety case design
Specifically designed and manufactured in accordance with strict standards, WIKA oxygen and gas
pattern gauges offer repeatable accuracy and long service life. The gauges are manufactured and
maintained in a degreased state to ensure that no oil comes in contact with the connection or internals
of the gauge. The gauge socket is fitted with a restrictor to limit the rate of pressurisation.
G A U G E S
Specifically designed for the chemical and petroleum processing industries, WIKA process gauges
have the construction, materials and engineering required for even the toughest of conditions.
These gauges are engineered to deliver years of accurate service and will withstand vibration,
corrosive media and environments and a wide range of temperatures.

Diaphragm gauges (Schäffer type) are ideal for applications that involve viscous and crystalising media in harsh environments such as pulp and
paper processing, chemical, petrochemical, and in water and sewerage treatment plants. Over pressure protection is a standard feature of these
diaphragm gauges. The level of over pressure protection varies from 3, 5 or 10 times indicated full-scale value.

Diaphragm seals
The WIKA diaphragm seal system enables pressure gauges, pressure switches, pressure
transducers and transmitters of varying designs to be adapted for the most adverse
applications. The diaphragm seal is intended to separate the pressure instrument from the
pressure medium, whilst allowing pressure variations to be precisely sensed by the instrument.
Data sheet CS 99.03
The pressure applied on the diaphragm seal is transmitted to the pressure-sensing element by
means of a suitable liquid. The seal body and diaphragm are generally made of stainless steel.
Model 990.40/41 Low Pressure
A wide selection of special materials is also available to handle almost any exotic process fluid.
Diaphragm Seal
WIKA diaphragm seals are also ideal for hygienic applications such as in the food industry. The
seals are available in several designs and materials to ensure complete compatibility with the

Precision Model P-10/P-11
WIKA precision transmitters are designed for
monitoring, testing and calibration applications
where accuracies of ≤0.1% of span are required.
The microprocessor based transmitter provides
excellent linearity and repeatability. Available
outputs include 0-20 mA 3-wire, 4-20 mA
2-wire, 0-5 V and 0-10 V 3-wire, RS-232 and
RS-422 for digital output to a computer.
Fieldcase Model F-20/F-21
These transmitters are designed for extremely harsh
industrial pressure measurement applications. The
compact design features an integral IP 67 junction box
and protection against electromagnetic interference. The
304 stainless steel case and 316 stainless steel wetted
parts make it particularly suited to outdoor applications in
offshore, chemical and petroleum refineries where reliable
pressure measurement is critical.

ECO Tronic Model ECO-1
ECO Tronic pressure transmitters and transducers
combine performance, reliability and value for a wide
variety of electronic pressure measurement applications.
They are available in ranges from 0…1 bar to 0…1,000
bar. The transmitter version provides 4-20 mA 2-wire
signal output. The transducer version supplies a 0-10
VDC 3-wire output signal. Both signals are fully
conditioned and provide an output that is both linear
and proportional to the applied pressure.

Mobile Hydraulics Model MH-1
Its extremely high resistance to shock, vibration and
pressure peaks, combined with degrees of protection of
better than IP 68, make this instrument particularly suitable
for the rough operating conditions of mobile hydraulics.
Pressure ranges from 0…60 bar to 0…600 bar are
available to meet all standard mobile hydraulic applications.
The sensor is recessed into the pressure connection,
offering additional protection against oil loss should the
sensor be destroyed.

Indicating Pressure Switches
Indicating Pressure Switches combine local pressure indication with alarm and
control capabilities into a single, economical and compact system. The WIKA
Indicating Pressure Switches are extremely reliable and have low hysteresis and
easy set point adjustment. They are ideally suited for alarm and control functions
on hydraulic, pneumatic and general industrial machinery and equipment as well
as process industry installations. They are available in dry and liquid filled
configurations.
Alarm contact types:
• Single, double and triple
• Front mounting magnetic contacts (Model 820)

To use this chart:
1. Find the column with the units you want to convert from.
2. Move down that column until you find the "1"
3. Staying with the same row, move horizontally to the column
with the units you are converting to.
4. Multiply the number in that box by the amount
you are changing from to get the converted value.
