GSM TELEASSISTANCE CMF 10.09/GSM04 PSTN TELEASSISTANCE CMF 10.09/TEL04 MAIN FEATURES OF TELEASSISTANCE CMF 10.09/GSM04 AND 10.09/TEL 04 This teleassistance is in compliance with EN 81-28 norm and further amend EN 81.20. In the GSM version, the teleassistance is CMF patent pended against the disconnection of the cellular system. The transmission is possible in both vocal mode and SMS or using 4 protocols CPC, P100, Ademco Contact ID or owner protocol The reduced dimensions allow an easy placement inside the control panel. A voice (available in 19 languages) is present during the setting and during the usage for a fully compliance with EN 81-70 norm. In fact, incorrect data entries are promptly pointed out and viceversa correct data entry are confirmed by text message or vocal message. The setting of each parameter (including the recording of vocal message) can be programmed both remotely and locally. The remote programming can be done using a simple telephone, via text message or using the software on the pc. Text message configuration is very useful and in the text can be included every alphabetic character or space in order to improve the comprehension. The speakerphone connection with the cabin is in full duplex with complete elimination of the echo and communication between cabin and machine room is always available, even without telephonic or GSM line. The unit allows up to 12 external terminals besides the one in the cabin. The unit allows programming up to 9 numbers of 19 digits each and assigning one or more of the 4 types of alarm to each number and separating operation in two models, called ‘’day’’ and ‘’night’’. In order to prevent annoying false alarms, it is possible to programme special conditions so that the device does not operate. A special attention has been given to battery and alimentation. Placed inside a hardy metal box that can be also treaded, it can be easily located on the roof of the cabin. In the metal box are held the teleassistance card on PSTN or GSM, a particular speakerphone and the alarm button. Hearing the transmission in the cabin or in the liftwall is easy, and this is due to a particular building solution. Various connections to other terminal are always possible.
