Balance: Improve your balance and coordination to assure greater mobility. An excellent class for the elderly, brain injured, and for
anyone continuing their physical therapy efforts. Non members $7
Barrelates: This hour long class unifies the practice of Barre with the practice of Pilates. Barrelates will help tone your body, improve
your posture, and increase strength!
Brain, Body, Balance: An active-aging, fall prevention program specifically created to train - and reverse – many types of aging. Our
philosophy fuses movement with neuroplasticity-enhancing drills to improve balance, the various functions of the brain, reflex skills and
improve the skill of activities in daily life.
Boot Camp: Interval based class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This fat blasting
workout allows you to burn MAXIMUM calories in minimum time! Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout
geared toward all fitness levels.
Core Power: 45 min class that concentrates on abdominal and back work… feel the awesome POWER!
Fit For Life: Geared for the mature adult or beginner, cardiovascular & muscular conditioning to help strengthen the inner & outer body.
Flex: Relax while you improve your range of motion and flexibility.
H20 Fitness: Utilization of resistance with the water to tone muscle and improve flexibility, while working on the cardiovascular system.
All levels of fitness welcome!
Cardio Dance: A combination of Latin, hip hop, and many other dance styles. This dance workout is designed to work your core, abs,
and lower body. A great way to have fun while keeping your heart rate up!
Keiser Kardio: Next level of cardiovascular fitness with 45-60 minutes of pure heart and leg pumping cycling. Are you ready to RIDE?
Cycling is designed to take you to the next level! Keiser Kardio will get the blood pumping!
Muscle Mixology: Mix it up with Premier’s best instructors in this Muscle Mixology class! They’ll confuse your muscles with new
exercises fusing the aerobic and anaerobic systems together to elicit a body response like none other. It’s high-power, high-intensity fun
that’ll keep you coming back for more!
Muscle Up: A weight training class using both heavy and light weights to develop muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility, with a
core workout at the end. This also helps increase bone density in a segment of population. All levels are welcome!
Pilates: The Pilates Method is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength, and tone while
using a series of movements engaging your body and mind!
PiYo: A dynamic, athletic fusion of Pilates and Yoga, PiYo is an excellent complement to your fitness routine. Increase your overall
strength, flexibility and leave energized! All fitness levels welcome!
Power Barre: The quickest, most effective way to change your body. Great for all fitness levels. This fast paced will help you to blast
calories while toning problem areas. The focus is on cardio, balance, flexibility, and strength training through isolated movements
designed to build and lengthen your muscles.
Power Pulse 60: Can your muscles handle the power hour of weights, cardio, step, and intervals? Power Pulse takes you thru a medley
of exercises that will burn those calories fast! Class can be modified for beginners (see instructor before class starts).
Step it Up!: This power workout is for all levels of fitness. Low impact with some high impact added, great cardio workout.
Keiser & Strength: Circuit Training. This is not your regular spin class - 20 minutes of hard spinning is followed by 20 minutes of
conditioning. Come on in and let’s get busy!
Tabata Circuit: This interval based, multi-modality circuit training class focuses on strength and conditioning, placing an emphasis on the
Tabata principle. All levels are welcome!
Tabata Sweat: Designed for those who love to sweat! This high energy class consists of cardio drills and strength building exercises,
leaving you with the ultimate total body burn! Modifications offered to accommodate all fitness levels.
Triple IT Threat: Interval training with triple threat muscle components that’s sure to burn mass amounts of calories in this super-fit
class. Do you dare accept the challenge? Rumor is that members burn up to 700-800kcal per class!!
TRX Circuit: Make Your Body Your Machine in this heart pumping, core focused circuit based class. Space is limited. Reservations may be
made one hour prior to class start time. Simply call 431-4825 to request your name be added to the list.
Yoga: Dynamic workout that will invigorate and energize you. Helps reduce stress and rejuvenates your immune system, while
increasing your flexibility and building muscle strength.
Zumba: Zumba routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training, combined with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body to
maximize caloric output. Come dance and party with us!
