Laws and applicable jurisdiction in the event of disputes
With regards disputes that may arise in relation to the access, navigation, interpretation and application of these
terms and conditions and the use of the website, the User accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, the application of the Italian law in force at the time of the dispute, and (regardless of the User’s own residence or location) the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Law Court of Milan, Italy.
