LIMITED WARRANTY
All materials are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one)
year from the date of shipment, this warranty inapplicable to defects or damage arising from normal
wear and tear, accident, neglect, abuse, tampering or damaging environment. Material claimed to be
defective must be returned to VIEWTAINER CO. within 10 days of date of claim. Failue to return
within 10 days shall constitute a waiver by buyer of any defect, and of any right to reimbursement,
offset, credit or damages of any sort, whether by theory of breach of warranty, contract, negligence or
otherwise. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
