Procedure:
• Phase A - Add water to main container and begin moderate to high propeller agitation. Sprinkle in N-Hance™ SP-100
and mix well until fully hydrated.
• Phase B - Add Phase B surfactants individually, mixing well after each addition.
• Phase C - Add Phase C ingredients individually, mixing well after each addition. Lower pH to 5.5 - 6.0 with citric
acid solution.
About the Ingredients:
N-Hance™ SP-100: New, substantive conditioning polymer designed for rinse-off surfactant systems to reduce
tangling and to improve wet and dry comb properties of hair after shampooing. N-Hance™ SP-100 is especially useful
for delivering a highly conditioned feel to wet and dry hair. This polymer also helps deposit silicones and natural oils to
the hair resulting in a softer, silkier feel.
BELSIL® ADM 8301 E: An excellent conditioning agent in hair care applications. It provides a soft, silky touch
and strongly reduces dry and wet combing forces. BELSIL® ADM 8301 E also helps reduce color fade of colored hair.
Conditioneze™ 7MP: Cationic aqueous solution of diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DADMAC) and acrylamide copolymer. Conditioneze™ 7MP imparts slip and lubricity and provides lather stability to shampoos. This polymer
is also an effective conditioning agent and is substantive to skin and hair.

Procedure:
• Phase A - Disperse the Natrosol 250 HHR CS in cold water first and heat up to 75 - 80°C while adding the rest of the
ingredients.
• Phase B - In a separate container premix Phase B and heat to 75 - 80°C. When both main tank and Phase B are
75 - 80°C, add Phase B to the main tank and mix well until uniform. Begin cooling batch to room
temperature.
• Phase C - Add Phase C ingredients to the main container, mixing well after each addition.
Homogenize if necessary to obtain a smooth consistency.

About the Ingredients:
Kostol STMC: High performing cosmetic emulsifier and sulfate-free conditioner. Kostol STMC has been designed
to produce emulsions with a more radiant white appearance, a more luxurious feeling and texture. It produces an
improvement in wet and dry combability, softer feel, ease of style, and frizz control, especially when combined with
another cationic conditioning polymer.
N-DurHance A-1000: An aqueous conditioning polymer of a highly charged cationic homopolymer of trimethylammonium chloride. It has been developed especially for use as a substantive and durable conditioning polymer for
hair. N-DurHance A-1000 works to restore damaged hair surfaces to a hydrophobic state and provides a more semipermanent conditioning effect with significantly improved combability.
Keramois L: A 25% active, 1000 average molecular weight Keratin Protein that protects and restores hair from
damage.
Wheat Q: A wheat polypeptide obtained by hydrolysis of edible wheat. Due to the high content of glutamic
acid (39%), it imparts a good moisture effect. WHEAT Q shows good substantivity to hair and helps restoration of
damaged hair.
Virgin Argan Oil: From the Argan nut native to Morocco, Argan Oil is rich in natural antioxidants such as
Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. Its primary benefit seems to come from its ability to naturally hydrate and to help
lock in moisture improving shine and luster and to stop frizziness, fly-away and hard to control, unmanageable hair. It
has been shown to penetrate the hair shaft to increase elasticity and revive hair damaged by heat, wind, over styling
and processing.
BELSIL® GB 1020: Dimethiconol gum blend that has a high reduction of wet and dry combining force, improves
feel and humidity resistance. BELSIL® GB 1020 also coats and smoothes the hair cuticle, giving it a repairing effect.
Virgin Avocado Oil: A highly therapeutic oil rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, D and E, lecithin, pantothenic acid, and
essential fatty acids. It applies easily, offers deep penetration and significant moisture retention together with high nourishing properties.
BELSIL® ADM 8301 E: An excellent conditioning agent in hair care applications. It provides a soft, silky touch
and strongly reduces dry and wet combing forces. BELSIL® ADM 8301 E reduces color fade of dyed hair and protects
hair during heat treatments.

BELSIL® P 1101: This easy to use, unique silicone - organic polymer hybrid offers both hold and softness in a hair

Procedure:
• Phase A - Add water to main container and begin moderate to high propeller agitation. Sprinkle in Carbomer and mix
well until fully hydrated. Add AquaStyle SH-100 and mix well.
• Phase B - Premix water and TEA and neutralize Phase A to pH ~7.
• Phase C - Add Phase C ingredients individually, mixing well after each addition. Adjust pH to 6.5-7 as necessary.
Pour into spray containers.

Sumicos Polar Mist SM132: Pearlescent pigment based on synthetic mica that provides a bright white luster
and shimmer to formulations.
Bee’s Milk: An innovative, highly stable dispersion of Beeswax wax in water. Bee’s Milk allows a formulator to
utilize the desirable properties of Beeswax without emulsifying or having to apply heat to the formulation.
