Usage conditions and restrictions
• Follow the instructions in this manual when installing and adjusting the TV set.
Only adjust those controls that are covered in this instruction manual; improper
adjustment of other controls may result in damage. If this happens, unplug the TV
and have it serviced by appropriately qualified personnel.
• Do not change or modify the TV set in any way. Only use the attachments/
accessories specified.
• Do not cover the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, tablecloths,
curtains etc., as this could impede ventilation.
• Do not insert any objects of any kind into this unit through the ventilation slots or
DVD slot, as they could touch the current-carrying parts or short-circuit parts,
resulting in fire, electric shock or damage to the unit.
• Do not touch the screen with fingers, as this may scratch or smudge the TV screen.

• Before installing this TV set, make sure your outlet voltage corresponds to the
voltage stated on the appliance rating label of the power adaptor being used..
• Only use this TV with the power adaptors supplied. If either plug does not
fit into your outlets, consult your dealer or an RV service center for
• Do not overload the power outlet.
• CAUTION

anywhere near water; do not touch the power plug with wet hands.

irons. The excessive heat could melt the insulation and expose live wires.
• When not in use, disconnect the power cord from the outlet. Hold the plug, not
the cord, when disconnecting the unit. Pulling the cord can damage the internal
wires and may cause a fire.
• Never touch the TV screen, antenna or cord during thunderstorms. Stop use
during thunderstorms; unplug the unit when a thunderstorm is approaching.

• Do not expose the batteries to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
• Unplug the TV set in all of the following circumstances:
• If it has been subject to impact or has been dropped and is damaged.
• If its voltage adaptor plugs, or the wall socket, are damaged.
• The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the TV.
Position
• If a television is not positioned in a sufficiently stable location, when stand
mounted, it can potentially be hazardous if it falls. Many injuries, particularly to
children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions such as:
• Using cabinets, shelves or stands that provide a sturdy support for the TV and are
not in areas where the TV can be accidently knocked or bumped .
• Only using furniture that can safely support the television.
• Ensuring the TV is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
• Not placing the TV on tall furniture (for example, cupboards or bookcases)
without anchoring both the furniture and the TV to a suitable support.
• Not standing the TV on cloth or other materials placed between the TV and
supporting furniture.
• Educating children about the dangers of climbing up to reach the TV controls.

• When deciding where to put the TV set, make sure the location is:
• Well ventilated. Leave at least a 20cm space all around the TV set for good
ventilation.
• Protected from overheating and away from direct sunlight.
• Away from damp and cold.
• Away from areas with extremes of temperature (below 0°C or exceeding 40°C)
or moisture.
• Away from moisture drips or splashes.
• Protected from excessive dust.
• Do not install this equipment in a confined space such as a bookcase or similar.
• Do not put any objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on top of the TV set.
• Do not place any naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, on top of the TV.

TV Controls
1. VOL(+) - This button increases the TV’s volume. If the OSD menu is active, pressing this button will
move the selection to the right.
2. VOL(-) - This button decreases the TV’s volume. If the On Screen Display(OSD) menu is active,
pressing this button will move the selection to the left.
3. CH(+) - This button performs the channel up function. If the OSD menu is active, this button functions
as up control for the menu.
4. CH(-) - This button performs the channel down function. If the OSD menu is active, this button
functions as down control for the menu.
6. MENU - This button activates the OSD menu. If a sub-menu is active, pressing this button will return
the selection to the previous menu level.
5. SOURCE - This button switches between all the different sources of the TV. When the OSD is active,
this button acts as the enter button and confirms the menu selection.

Instructions:
1. Place the TV unit on a flat and clean surface.
2. Attach stand mount using 4 screws through holes B into A.
3. Place the base on to the mount with the supplied screws
through holes D into C.

▲/▼button to select ON or OFF. Turning this setting ON can also be useful in increasing the
TV’s overall volume level.

AVL - Auto Volume
This function when turned on will help even out the volume level between different A/V
sources so one is not greatly louder than another. It can also help reduce the volume of
loud TV ads compared to TV shows, although could lower the overall volume of the TV.
The result depends greatly on the A/V source so this function is set by default to off.
Press ▲/▼ button to select AVL, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press ▲/▼
button to select ON or OFF.
SPDIF
Press ▲/▼ button to select SPDIF, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press ▲/▼
button to select .
(Available SPDIF modes: Off, PCM, Bitstream)

Audio Description

press ▲/▼buttons to select ON or OFF.
Sound Mode
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Sound Mode, and then press ENTER or ► button to enter.
Then press ▲/▼ buttons to select. (Available Sound mode: Bass, Treble, EQ, Balance).
You can change the value of bass and treble, Balance and EQ, when the sound is in
User mode.
TIP: You can press S-MODE button on the remote control to change the Sound Mode
directly..
Bass
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Bass, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press
◄/► buttons to adjust. Then press MENU button to return back the previous menu.
Treble
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Treble, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press
◄/► buttons to adjust. Then press MENU button to return back the previous menu.
Balance
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Balance, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press

Channel Menu
Press the RED button to set the current channel to lock, if the current channel already
locked, press the RED button again cancel the lock.
Press the GREEN button to delete the current channel.
Press the YELLOW button to skip the current channel, if the current channel already
skipped, press the YELLOW button again to cancel the skip function.
Press the BLUE button to swap the channel position.
If one of the channel has been incorrectly placed in the station listing, you may move it to
the current position you want using the ▲/▼ keys. Select the channel to be moved, press the
BLUE button, move the channel to the new location and press the ENTER button or the
BLUE button, this will move the station to the new location.
If there is a delete channel icon, press the MENU button or the ENTER button. The following
notification will appear:

Favorites Manager
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Favorite Manager, then press ENTER or ► button to enter.
Press the RED button to enter a space.
Press the GREEN button to change case,
Press ▲/▼ or ▲/▼ buttons to select the character, and then press ENTER to confirm.
Press the YELLOW button to delete the previous character.
Press the BLUE button to save the change and return to the previous page.
Press the EXIT button and the menu will appear as follows:
Select “Cancel” to exit the entire menu without changes.
Select “OK” to save the changes and the following notification will be displayed:

Press ENTER button or ► button to enter, then Press ▲/▼ button to select the appropriate
country, and press ENTER or ► button to confirm.
TV Connection
The default setting for this mode is “AIR”. This setting does not need to be changed for RV
operation in Australia.
Channel Auto Search
Press ▲/▼ button to select TV Channel Auto Search, then press ENTER or ► button to enter
(When the System Lock is on, please input the default password “0000”).

Press MENU button to display the main menu.
Press ▲/▼ button to select Feature in the main menu, then press ENTER or ► to enter.
Press ENTER to Auto Search the selected channels, otherwise select CANCEL.
NOTE: For most applications in Australia, only DTV channels are used for regular TV
broadcasts.
PVR/Timeshift
1. Press ▲/▼ buttons to select the option that you want to adjust in the Feature menu,
then press ENTER or ► button to enter.
2. Press ◄/►buttons to adjust or press ▲/▼button to select.
3. After finishing your adjustment, press MENU button to save and return back to the
previous menu and press EXIT button to exit the entire menu.
Child Lock
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Child Lock, then press ENTER or ► button to enter.
(Please enter the default password “0000”)
When auto search finished, a “Save Successful” will appear to confirm the Auto Search
function has completed.

Lock Channel
This enables Parental Guidance to be activated and the TV’s Password to be changed.
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Child Channel, then press ◄/► key to select off or on.
Then press ENTER or ► button to confirm.
Parental Guidance
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Parental Rating, then press ENTER or ► button to enter the
sub menu. Then press ▲/▼ button to select the highest allowed program rating.
Then press ENTER or ► button to confirm.
Change Pin Code
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Change Pin Code, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and
the Change Pin Code menu will appear as follows:

Preferred Subtitle (Language)
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Preferred Subtitle, then press ENTER or ► button to enter
the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼ buttons to select, then press ENTER or ► button to confirm.
Preferred Audio (Language)
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Preferred Audio, press ENTER or ► button to enter the sub
menu, then press ▲/▼ buttons to select, then press ENTER or ► button to confirm.
Digital Teletext Language (DTV)
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Digital Teletext language, then press ENTER or ► button to
enter the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼ buttons to select, then press ENTER or ► button to
confirm.
Analog Teletext Language (ATV)
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Analog Teletext language, then press ENTER or ► button
to enter the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼ buttons to select, then press ENTER or ► button
to confirm.
Enter the old password at (if the old password is incorrect, “Invalid
Password” will be displayed). Then enter the new password. Finally, enter the new password
again to confirm the new password.
If successful, a notification will be displayed to confirm this.
Language

Sleep (Timer)

▲/▼ buttons to select the desired time for the TV to automatically turn off.
Auto Power Off
Press ▲/▼ buttons to Auto Power Off, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press
▲/▼ buttons to select the desired time of no activity (eg if you do not change the TV channel
or adjust the volume for the selected time).
Hearing Impaired
Offers additional information and subtitles on selected programmes. Press ▲/▼ buttons to
select Hearing Impaired, then press ENTER or ► button to enter and press ▲/▼ buttons
to select ON or OFF.

Blue
Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Blue screen when there is no input source, then press ENTER

Home Mode (Picture Mode)

Reset TV Setting
To reset the TV to its fatory settings, press ▲/▼ buttons to select Reset TV Setting, and then
press ENTER or ► to select. The password menu will appear when the Child Lock is on.
Software Upgrade
Caution - this function is only to be used with Software supplied for use with this RV Media
TV by Camec. Load the supplied software on to the root directory of an empty USB drive and
plug it into the TV ‘s USB interface then press the ENTER key to upgrade. Do not turn the TV
off during the upgrade process. The TV will restart when the upgrade process has completed..

Partition Select
This function is not necessarily required but you have the ability to use partitions on your
USB drive for the PVR (Personal Video Recorder) function. Press the ▲/▼ buttons to select
Partition Select, then press ENTER or ► button to enter the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼
buttons to select the partition you want to use and press the GREEN button to set the
highlighted partition as default. This will restrict PVR recordings to the selected partition.
Auto Timeshift
Press ▲/▼ button to select Auto Timeshift, then press ENTER or ► to enter the sub menu,
then Press ▲/▼ to select On or Off.
Timeshift Buffer
This sets the period of time the Time Shift function con work for. This also depends on the
available space on the USB drive. Press ▲/▼ buttons to select Timeshift Buffer, then press
the ENTER or ► button to open the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼ buttons to select between:
auto, 30Mins, 1Hr & 2Hr.
Timer (Manual Recording)
Use the Timer function to set up timer DTV recording. Press ▲/▼ button to select Timer,
then press ENTER or ► button to enter the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼ buttons to select and
use the following functions. Recorder - Turn the record function on/off; Channel - select the
channel you want to record; Start Time - set the start time to record; Duration - set the
record duration; Date - set the record date; Mode - select the record mode.

Press ▲/▼ button to view the program Record List, then press ENTER or ► button to enter
the sub menu, then Press ▲/▼ buttons to select.

1. The display shows the current channel No. and channel name.
2. The display shows the program’s start and finish time plus program name.

PVR Function (DTV Only)
Press ● on the remote control to record the current programme when DTV is selected as the
current Source. NOTE you must have a USB drive inserted in TV. If the USB drive is not fast
enough to record on, the following message will be displayed:

It is advisable to try another USB drive but you can select “OK” to continue with the current
drive.Press on the remote control to start recording which will display the following dialog:
Select “Yes” to start recording. The following dialog will be displayed:
To view programs from the previous day or further back, press the YELLOW button to
move to an earlier date.
To view programs for the next day or further on, press the BLUE button increase the date.
For more information about a particular program, press INFO.
Press the GREEN button once to add the selected channel to the record list.
Press the GREEN button twice to set a Reminder for the program, which will display a small
icon beside the selected program.
Press EPG once more or EXIT once to cancel the operation.
TEXT
Press the TT/CC button on the remote control to display the text/closed captions; press the
TT/CC button on the remote control again to stop the display.
Multi-Audio
Press AUDIO button on the remote control to display the multi-audio menu if available.
While Recording is in progress, a small dialog box will be displayed on the left of screen:

this menu by selecting “MEDIA” as a Source on the remote Control.

Thumbnails
Thumbnails mode can be only be used in photo mode and is highlighted in file browser by
pressing “EXIT” → “Right(► )” as follows:

Function Introduction
Press the INFO button to see the file info of the current photo being viewed then press the
button to play or pause. You can view the playback status on the right of screen.

Press the "PLAY" key to start photo slide show playback.

For your personal safety, be sure to disconnect the power adaptor before
proceeding with any maintenance or cleaning.
Cleaning the TV screen
• Do not touch the TV screen with sharp objects.
• Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe off any dust and fingerprints from the TV
screen surface. Wipe in a straight motion from the center of the TV panel to
the outside.
• Do not clean the screen with water or chemical cleaners, as this may
damage the TV screen surface.
• Never use chemicals such as household cleaning sprays, antistatic sprays or
fluids, benzene or thinner to clean the TV screen.
Cleaning the main unit
• Dust the TV set by wiping the screen and cabinet with a soft, clean cloth.
• If necessary, wipe the outside of the unit with a clean, soft cloth, moistened
with lukewarm water.
• Do not use benzene, thinner or alcohol as these chemicals will smudge the
surface finish.
Maintenance
• Do not dismantle this product by yourself, as this may cause damage.
There are no user-serviceable parts contained in the TV set.
• If your TV set has been damaged, contact the after sales support line for
advice or take it to a local service center for inspection or repair. No
liability can be accepted for any damage caused by non-compliance with
these instructions or any other improper use or mishandling of appliance.
• This product should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except
properly qualified personnel.
