Shortsea and multimodal connections
Within the unique and extensive Samskip multimodal network we
are able to bring or pick up your cargo within whole Europe. This can
be done by trailer, third party or shippers owned equipment or own
Samskip 45ft HC PW containers. Samskip offers frequent and
reliable short sea services to more than 35 ports in Europe, the
Baltic States and Russia.
By road, train or barge connections can be made to the Benelux,
Germany, Italy, France, Turkey, Eastern Europe, Spain, Russia and
other European destinations.
Part loads
Apart from full container loads, Samskip now also offers part loads
(LCL) on the Italy-Ireland service.
Combining the Milano-Rotterdam rail service and two weekly
Rotterdam-Dublin sailings – on Tuesdays and Fridays - Samskip
enables fast deliveries for a competitive price while saving on CO2
emissions.

within 48 hours in the rest of Ireland after the arrival of the vessel.
