and releases and discharges the Woods Hole Yacht Club and its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all
liability, loss, damage and expenses which may result from participation in the program.
I authorize the Woods Hole Yacht Club Sailing School organizers and their employees to sanction emergency medical treatments for
