GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia,
without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement
between CapTech and you with respect to your use of the Site. Any cause of action you may have with
respect to your use of the Site must be commenced in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction
in the Eastern District of Virginia within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any
reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be
unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the
intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

When accessing our Site, CapTech will learn certain information about you during your visit.
Similar to other commercial web sites, our Site utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" (see
explanation below, "What Are Cookies?") and web server logs to collect information about how our Site is
used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the
pages viewed, time spent at our web site, the web sites visited just before and just after our web site, and
your IP address.

How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not
send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Some of the
information you may enter on our Site may be transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure
Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit Card information should never be transmitted via email.
CapTech may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as
assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our Site, what information is of most and least
interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, CapTech uses
software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change
information, or otherwise cause damage.
DoubleClick
We may place pixels from DoubleClick, or other ad serving platforms in order to collect first-party cookie data
for use with ad retargeting. This allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to
receive this type of advertising from us in the future, you can opt out using the DoubleClick opt-out page or
the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have
