CONQUEST CUSTOM SHOP The instrument cables in our custom shop line include our own Optima high definition wire. All Conquest Custom Shop cables use either Switchcraft, Neutrik or G&H connectors and come in a variety of configurations. INSTRUMENT All of our standard instrument cables are manufactured with our own USA1 wire, a design that has been an integral part of millions of our instrument cables since 1977. USA1 features a mega strand 20 gauge center conductor, 90% shield coverage and an internal noise rejecting tape. The jacket is a heavy duty design made to take incredible abuse. MICROPHONE American made Conquest microphone cables are offered with 4 different types of tour/studio grade wire. S2B is a heavy duty 24 gauge with a 90% shield, perfect for everyday use. Our USA2 is our most popular design featuring a heavy duty jacket, 90% shield and a butyl noise rejecting tape over the inner conductors. Thousands of tours have depended on USA2 wire for over 30 years. Our Optima 4 conductor braided shield wire has become the industry standard for broadcast, recording and harsh environments. Finally M1042 is our severe duty, braided shield wire that can take anything thrown at it. All Conquest microphone cables use either Switchcraft or Neutrik connectors. SPEAKER All of our American made “CS” series speaker cables use our own design CS1 series speaker wire in 18, 16, 14, 12 and 10 gauge. Heavy duty round jacket. Our HI D series features a mega strand 2 conductor parallel clear jacket. The NS series Speakon cables use our 4 and 8 conductor custom designed tour tested wire. DMX CABLES Available in 3, 4 & 5 pin for lighting using true DMX512 110ohm wire and Neutrik or Switchcraft XLRs. We also offer cables to convert existing equipment. RACK SYSTEM CABLES You next rack installation can be accomplished quickly using our pre-terminated rack system cables. Available in a variety of single ended connections, ie: XLR, RCA, 1/4”, TT, 1/8” etc. SNAKES American made Conquest snakes are not a compromise. We don’t build B or C grade snakes that focus on price points. We also don’t import any of our multi-cable assemblies which doesn’t limit customization. We build the finest snakes money can buy using broadcast standard, multi-pair wire and Switchcraft or Neutrik connectors. Heavy duty boxes with steel strain reliefs, floor pocket boxes and steel or aluminum rack panels. Multi-pin systems from 37 pin to Mass Connector options are available. RAW MATERIALS Over 80% of our raw materials are American made by the most trusted manufacturers. We also know that there are high quality manufacturers overseas and we have utilized their products whenever needed. All of our raw wire is made to our exacting specifications and has been an integral part of millions of cables and cable systems since 1977. CUSTOM WORK From the start in 1972 as a touring sound company, Conquest Sound has specialized in custom work. Today, after over 35 years of experience, we are one of the leaders in our field. Our custom design department can assist you in developing products suited to your particular needs or follow your instructions to the letter. We can supply everything from simple cables cut to your desired lengths to multi-pin splitter systems up to 56 channels. Systems can include ground lifts, transformer balanced splits, rack or wall mounts and just about everything in between. We offer custom engraving using our computer design rotary and laser engravers. From simple numbering to custom design logos supplied by our clients. Rack panels, wall plates, floor boxes and wall boxes can be loaded with over 200 different connectors from Switchcraft, Neutrik and others. Available connectors include: audio, video, data, multi-pin and more. As with virtually everything we do, our custom projects also carry a lifetime warranty. Remember, even if you don’t see something in our catalog, give us a call, we can probably do it. 3 The Conquest Sound Custom Shop was created to bring to market the finest high definition audio wiring products we could develop. Our new lines of custom shop instrument cables put to rest the image that high definition cables need to be over hyped and expensive. On these two pages are our newest products designed to go toe to toe with any and all high end cables. Our Optima line features Conquest design 4 conductor, full coverage braid shielded wire designed for maximum low frequency EMI noise rejection. The 4 conductors form a “double hum bucking” system that reduces noise induction providing crystal clear highs, tight bottom end and full spectrum audio clarity. 4 Conductors - 24ga with 41x40 in each .995% pure. Conquest will ship via United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day air shipping available but will not be included in any free freight offer. Conquest reserves the right to ship Federal Express, USPS or common carrier truck. FREIGHT: Freight and handling charges apply to all orders and will be added to invoice at time of shipping. Drop shipments carry a $5.00 additional handling fee. RETURNS: All returns for credit or exchange require prior authorization from Conquest Sound, Inc. and may be subject to a restocking fee. Products may not be returned for credit after 30 days from original purchase. Any product returned for credit must be in the original packing. PAYMENT: Prepay/Bank transfers COD/Company check - A completed New Customer application must be submitted in advance. Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Open Account - Net 30 days. Requires a completed application and approval from our credit department. MINIMUMS: Minimum purchase amount of $25 per order or a special handling fee will apply. Minimum dollar/purchase amount will apply for private label and/or private packaging; minimum quantities are required for custom imprinting. Certain special order items may require minimum quantity purchase. CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom work requires written approval and/or drawings. A deposit of 50% may be required upon order confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Custom items are not returnable.
