Multi‐Year Accessibility Plan – St. Hilda’s Towers Inc. Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Overview WiththegoaltomakeOntarioaccessibleby2025,theOntariogovernmentpassedtheAccessibilityforOntarianswith
DisabilitiesAct(AODA)in2005.TheregulationsassociatedwiththeAODA's"IntegratedAccessibilityStandards"requirethat
St.Hilda’sTowersInc.establish,implement,maintain,anddocumentamulti‐yearaccessibilityplanwhichoutlinesthe
organization'sstrategytopreventandremovebarriersforpersonswithdisabilitiesandtomeetitsrequirementsunderthe
Act.
St.Hilda’sTowersInc.iscommittedtomeettheaccessibilityneedsofpersonswithdisabilitiesinatimelymannerandto
complywithAODAandallofitsstandards.Thismulti‐yearplanoutlinesSt.Hilda’sstrategytopreventandremovebarriersto
addressthecurrentandfuturerequirementsoftheAODA.
