1. Go to URL: https://citrixstorefront.cpsenergy.com
2. If plug-in is not installed you will get prompted to install. Put a check mark next to “I agree with the Citrix
License agreement”, then click Install.
3. Click Run twice and let Citrix Install.
4. Internal Log-in & External Log-in: Username and AD Password is the same information you use on CPS Computer.
External:
Internal:
User Name: Same as work username
AD Password: Same as work password for computer
Passcode: Pin + Keyfob, you would have created a pin
User name: domain\user = CPS_DP_Net\AD Username
Password: AD Password
when you picked up your Keyfob at Service Desk.

5. You can add more apps by clicking on the ”+“ sign to view if you have any more listed.
6. Select the app and you should see a green check mark. Click the green desktop on the right to close this
window.

User Guide
Office 2007 - Here you will be able to use: Excel, Outlook (no
personal folders), PowerPoint, Publisher and Word. Save any work
you do to your Usersan Drive (U Drive). You will not be able to save
any work on your personal computer. This is to help prevent CPS
Energy’s data from being accidently saved in non-authorized
locations.
Tools – Map Network Drive - to use with the Office 2007 Products.
Example: \\servername\sharefolder
Printers – You will not be able to print to a local printer that does
not reside on the CPS Energy’s network. For example, if you remote
into CPS Energy’s Citrix Environment from home you will not be
able to print to your printer. This is to help prevent CPS Energy’s
data from being printed in non-authorized locations.
Adobe Reader XI – Open Adobe then search for a document in
your Usersan drive to view it.
Internet Explorer – Browse CPS Connect intranet or Internet. You
can import your favorites to Citrix.
o On your desktop at work go to File - Import and Export –
Select Export to a file (Next) – Select Favorites (Next) –
The file will now be saved to your U drive and just click on
Export.
o Open Internet Explorer in Citrix – File – Import and Export
– Select Import a file (Next) – Select Favorites (Next) – It
will auto find the file in your U drive so just click Next –
Make sure Favorites is highlighted and now click Import.
Remote Desktop RDP – Allows you to remote to your computer at
work. Must know computer number and have it powered on.
SAP Logon – Log into SAP just the same as you do at work.
