Position Profile
In this role as a Service Advisor working from our Mississauga facility on the afternoon shift (3:30pm to
midnight), you will be responsible for Assisting in taking care of our customers with important
consideration for sensitive time and temperature needs. Your will Maintain a positive attitude and work
environment with accurate data entry, time management you will assist in achieving personal and
company goals
Responsibilities:
• Dispatch for road service techs and bus techs
• Invoicing for Transit Authorities
• Maintains all spreadsheets for Transits work
• Invoicing PO for all customers
• Customer Service Rep for front counter
• Answer phones for front counter
• Ingate an outgate units for service and installs
• Dispatch for shunter
• Liaison for service vehicles
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Arrange service for vehicle and provide vendors with PO#
• Track any road service projects on spreadsheets
• Customer contact for Transit Authority’s
• Orders CVOP books
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and obtaining customer's approval of
estimates
• On Call schedule for contact for Rogers on call
• General invoicing
• Invoicing PO for all customers
•
Health and Safety Administrator.
Education/Professional Development Requirements:
• College Diploma
Experience Requirements:
• 2 years Customer Service Experience
• Administrative or Customer Experience an asset
• Computer experience in Microsoft Office.

• Must maintain a high level of professionalism
• Ability to communicate and respond in an effective and professional manner
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to use judgment and tact when dealing with general inquiries
• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in fast-paced challenging environment

Technical Competencies Required:
