Dear Electrical Power and Power Electronics Experts
On behalf of the SIEFCON 2016 Organizing Committee, I would
like to welcome you and encourage your participation for the
upcoming conference which will be held at COEX, Seoul Republic
of Korea from Oct. 5 to Oct. 7, 2016.
Nowadays, the global projects and researches initiated by the
electrical power and power electronics industries are very actively
planned and launched especially in China, Middle East and South
East Asian countries. Promoting the current technical and global
market issues, a lot of discussion and meetings projecting the next
generation technologies in electrical power and power electronics
industries have been challenged to feed the new perspective
into the traditional industries. However, three main issues such
as 1) Penetration of the power electronics technologies into
the electrical power industries 2) International cooperation and
technology sharing under FTA environment 3) Perspective on the
next generation products supplied by the electrical power and
power electronics companies. The solutions leading the promotion
of the technically advanced and cost effective products into the
new global market have been discussed separately in one way or
another. Therefore, the market policy making staffs and experts
representing their industries have been spending the enormous
efforts to grasp the total strategic perspective and the market
policy from the diverse international exhibitions and conferences.
The SIEFCON 2016 Organizing Committee is gearing up for an
exciting and informative program including plenary lectures,
invited lectures, oral sessions and poster presentations in these
fields. We are sure that this meeting will provide attendees with
ample opportunities to exchange ideas and form collaborations.
Thereby I hope you equip yourself with the most up-to-date
knowledge and then this will, in turn, bring the technology
advancement or progress back to your industries.
We look forward to meeting you in this international conference
for the promotion of new perspective on the electrical power and
power electronics societies together.

Please refer to the SIEFCON 2016 topics. SIEFCON 2016 is looking forward to the enthusiastic
participation of global scholars from various research fields.
1. Paper MUST be submitted using the link found on the SIEFCON 2016 website only.
2. Paper MUST be written in clear English and submitted by August 15, 2016.
3. Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral or poster).
4. Authors are required to electronically submit fully-formatted manuscript(s) OR
presentation material(s) in the PDF form.
5. Authors will be notified of acceptance of papers by August 31, 2016.
