owned sites at 100 Walnut St and 90 Crafts St. were evaluated but were rated Unfavorable due to their location outside of the Cabot district
and the need for additional costs to relocate the current occupants to acceptable replacement sites. The existing Cabot School site was
deemed to be the only Favorable site.
