This device is intended for indoor use only.
Regularly check the cord, the transformer and all
other parts for damage. If any part is damaged
the product should not be used.
Important information! Keep these instructions
for future use.
DISPOSAL INFORMATION
Accordingly to local laws and regulations, your
product should be disposed of separately from
household waste. When this product reaches
its end of life, take it to a collection point designated by local authorities. Some collection points
accept product for free. The separate collection
and recycling of your product at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects
human health and the environment.
CAUTION!
The light source of this product is non-interchangeable light diodes (LED). Do not disassemble the product, as the light diodes can cause
damage to the eyes.
Do not immerse in water.

instructions, may cause harmful interference to

The external flexible cable or cord of this illuminate cannot be replaced, if the cord is damaged,
the luminare shall be destroyed

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
This warranty covers defects in design, assembly, material, and workmanship under normal use
of your new Curio lighting product.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not apply to product or failure or damaged due to physical or electrical
misuse, abuse, improper installation, alteration, modification, corrosive chemicals or substances,
excessive heat or moisture, normal wear and tear, any use contrary to its intended function, war,
fire, flood, or any other acts of nature, minor blemishes and imperfections that do not affect the
light’s structural integrity or function, and unauthorized repair. If you notice a problem with the
light, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Attempts at self-repair will void this limited warranty.

Curio Design assumes no liability for any events such as fines arising out of the use of this light
or any consequential damages caused by any failure of the light to function properly. Under no
circumstances should this warranty or the product covered by it be construed as an insurance
policy against loss of any kind. Curio neither assumes nor authorizes any person or organization
to make any warranties or assume any liability in connection with the sale or use of this product.
This warranty covers only products used and sold in the United States and Canada.

HOW LONG THE WARRANTY LASTS
Coverage under this warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase for the original
owner. The warranty is non-transferrable.

WHAT WE WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS
If the problem is eligible for warranty coverage, Curio Design will, at its sole option, either repair
or replace the defective light, or refund the original purchase price.
HOW TO GET SERVICE
To file a warranty claim or obtain technical support, please contact Curio Design’s customer
service at contact@curiodesign.com with a description of the problem and copy of the purchase
receipt. If the light needs to be serviced, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance to
return the light to Curio Design, and Curio Design will pay shipping and insurance to send the
repaired or replacement light to you.
HOW STATE LAW APPLIES
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above exclusions may not apply to you. Curio Design’s warranty is governed by the laws of
the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws principles and excluding the provisions of
the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
