A Request from the Class of 2010
The class of 2010 welcomes you to our commencement ceremony. This is a
very important day in our lives and in the lives of our families. We have finally
made it!
We want this program to be conducted as a dignified and formal ceremony. Our
teachers are joining us in their educational attire to add special significance to
our achievements.
We want our families to be able to hear each name as it is called. We ask that
you do not interrupt the ceremony by cheering. Please hold your cheers and
applause until all diplomas have been awarded.
The school has provided professional photographers who will take individual
pictures as each of us is being awarded our diploma. In order to maintain the
dignity of this occasion, we ask that members of the audience do not come to the
stage area during the ceremony to take snapshots. A special time for taking
pictures will be set aside after the program. The board members, principals, and
teachers will be available then for individual and group photographs.
The Class of 2010 appreciates your cooperation in making this ceremony a
memorable and dignified event for each of us.

*Recognition of our Retirees
Ms. Marilyn Hall-Culver is a 1974 graduate of Bryan Station High School. She
is retiring after 29 years as a teacher with Fayette County Public Schools. Ms.
Hall-Culver has taught social studies at Bryan Station High School since 1985.
Mrs. Gayle Hutcherson is retiring after 20 years as a teacher with Fayette
County Public Schools. She has taught English as a Second Language at Bryan
Station High School since 2004.
