On July 02, 2013, I performed an inspection of the General Dynamics ATP, Inc. facility
in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Clean Water Act, the Arkansas Water
and Air Pollution Control Act, and the regulations promulgated thereunder. The
inspection revealed that no material was exposed and that the “no exposure”
certification was being met.
