Milestones
Preface and Milestones
1976
Founded in 1976 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as a company trading in hardware items, Hidayath entered into trading of Metal Products in
1980s.
1980
In 1996, we opened our first stainless steel service centre. Soon after, in 1999, we began exporting to the nearby GCC countries.
This was around the time that Dubai’s construction industry was at its peak which lead to the expansion of the company’s
production facilities across GCC.

Hidayath ventured into its first foreign market in 2008, when it opened two service facilities in India. A service centre has recently
been inaugurated in QATAR for the GCC region.
2010 marked the year of a new landmark in production when Hidayath introduced a new facility to cater to the industrial sector.
This heavy stainless steel fabrication factory produces structural steel products, pressure vessels, boilers, tanks and other such
equipments for different sectors.
Headquartered in Dubai Investment Park, Hidayath has offices in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India to cater to its clientele across
Middle East, South East Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and C. I. S Countries. Recognised as a quality producer of finished stainless
steel products, with all the necessary equipment and knowhow to manufacture intricate and customized products, Hidayath Group
today has the complete solution to cater to different industries and services for Stainless Steel applications.

Founder and mentor of the Hidayath Group who laid the
foundation of the company in 1976 in Abu Dhabi. Starting
off by trading in hardware items, the company has now
metamorphosed into a complete stainless steel solution
provider to architectural, industrial as well as engineering
sectors; thanks to his immense foresight and vision.
A young, dynamic and talented Engineer with MBA
whose immense knowledge of the stainless steel industry
has seen him rise to the post of CEO with full charge
of the entire Group operations. He holds a Stainless
Steel Specialization Certificate and is an asset to the
organisation for both his technical and commercial
expertise.
Heading the Commercial division, he has been
instrumental in steering the company to new heights and
greater recognition at both the national and international
levels. An US-educated mechanical engineer with MBA,
rose to the current title in 2008 and has since been
establishing commercial strategies to meet the company’s
objectives.
With his meticulous approach and attention-to-detail outlook, he took
over as Head of Operations Department in early 2012 to oversee the
development of factory production operations. Extremely driven and
organized, this US-educated mechanical engineer is responsible for
analysing trends, monitoring productivity and increasing profitability.

Having almost completed three decades serving the
Hidayath Group, his knowledge and experience of the
stainless steel trading business and his vast networking
contacts within the industry are an immense boon to the
group. Holding several management positions over the
years, he is currently Director Contracts.
With more than 20 years of experience as an engineer, of
which 15 years have been in top management positions
in both Europe and the Middle East, he overlooks the
engineering division of the Hidayath Group which has
produced some innovative work for the architectural,
industrial and engineering sectors.
His can-do work ethic and valuable technical experience
of more than 20 years in the steel and fabrication sector
makes him highly adept at interpreting blueprints and
technical drawings accurately. A highly skilled person, he
is also an able communicator and serves as the General
Manager in the organization today.
A qualified CA, controlling the Group’s financial matters; he has
significant experience in both finance and accounts. As Finance Head,
he oversees all financial aspects of the company strategy. Apart from
financial planning and formulating financial targets and budgets, he
also supervises all financial transactions and accountancy matters.

We can supply Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel Tube Sheets for Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers and large diameter
evaporaters.
The Tube Sheets can be supplied cut & machined from rolled plates, in as forged with rough machining, as forged
and final machining and/or final machined condition with hole drilled as per specific drawings.
Tube Sheets can be supplied to all major industrial specifications like BS EN & ASTM / ASME Standards.
All materials sold are fully traceable to the original mill test certificates. We also offer the following services:
