Work Theory
In there-phase-four-wire system. There are protective devices between the wires and the land. Normally, protective
device is high resistance
When urban network is struck by lightning or others high pulse voltage. SPD will convey the surge voltage into the
earth in ns level. So the equipments are protected. When surge voltage passes the SPD and disappears. The SPD return
to high resistance. It won't effect network's normal operation.

Overall structure
TRS system SPD using modular design,35mm electrial trail mount,90mm product width,Thickness into three
kinds:18mm
27mm 36mm.
Mounting
SPD adopts standard 35mmtrail to mount;
SPD adopts 4-35mm2 copper wire to connect, and has two ways;
From the power switch to SPD , then from SPD to the load .In this way, it is suitable the distribution box of loading not
over 100A.,The section should base on the current of the load。

loading over 100A. The section should not longer than 500mm
The earthed wire is adopted over 4mm2 double color wrie. And not longer than500mm。
The L wire, connected the protector should have a fuse of 10-32A. To make sure the network working normally . And
avoid of the SPD disabled。
In this way . Please adopt the folowing section to connect:
Class B:Over Imax 60kA phase wire>16mm2 earthed wire>25mm2
Class C:Over Imax 40kA phase wrie>10mm2 earthed wire>16mm2
Class D: Below Imax 20kA phase wire >6mm2 earthed wire>10mm2
Using and maintenance
After demanding mounting . Need not to adjust ;
It can protect the network automatically after the SPD mounted rightly;
It sgould check the mark of the module red or not , and lamp of the fuse is light or not . And change the disabled
components immediately
